They did a wonderful job, were very friendly, got the part ordered and in house in a flash and installed even quicker!! I didn't even have time to fire up and work on my tablet! LOL For this kind of service and the amount of value and pleasure you have in your car, driving a few extra miles (I'm in Chesterfield) is no big deal and quite easy to locate. I am very particular and can say nothing negative about everyone there and the service received. God forbid I should have need for this kind of service again but if I do, I will go to Pro Tech.

I rarely give a 5 star…read more With that said, I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. I admit, I'm not easy to please. I came in to look at 3 vehicles I was interested in, and made my choice. Jack Dwyer was my salesman, and he was at all times professional and accommodating. I made my choice of vehicle and then found out that the warranty I had previously been told I would get with it no longer applied. I left without purchasing extremely upset. I emailed Mr. Sinclair and expressed my feelings. True to their motto, he "made it right." I came back and completed the purchase. A few fiascos ensued after, which the dealership did take care of. The big one was a doozy caused by an after market subcontractor. Again, the dealership "made it right" by reimbursing me for the damage. Even though we had some unforeseen inconveniences, this dealership always took care of myself, the consumer, and I would definitely recommend to buy from them. Ask for Jack or Dennis. :)

I asked how it took them 2 hours into the appointment to let me know that. The employee then said that my appointment is next month and I came in on the wrong day. I said no, that's not right. She then raised her voice and said, "Okay, well you have to pick it up and reschedule." No apology or anything. If it was the wrong day, then why was I checked in and my car was kept for hours? I picked it up and still got no remorse for wasting my time after I planned my day around this. (basic etiquette) I'll be ordering the parts to a different dealership.
