This is a touch-less/brush-less car wash... no brushes with dirt and grime from other cars impacting you and your paint! The staff is always friendly and courteous and they love dogs and will often offer yours a treat! They also have a space where you can purchase various dog treats. This is also a full-service Mobile On The Run location, good for gas, snacks and drinks (when the Cardinals score 6 or more runs...). Just stopped by on my lunch break and sat at the entrance for 5 min while an employee hand washed a car (bucket and sponge). He looked very annoyed at my presence and kept on washing. After about 5 min of this I backed out and will return to cancel my membership. Been a member for a little over a year and service at this location seems to be declining. read more

This place used to be the best. The last few times have been underwhelming. Getting wheels cleaned is complicated. My biggest gripe is that the product they use during the wash is noticeably less. My car would look waxed after the ceramic wash. Now not so much. Looks like they pulled the ol switch-a-roo. read more

Been here for 1 hour And 56 mins for a wash and vac and still waiting. 7/17/2020 When the sun hit the windshield is clear to see the glass cleaner was sprayed on the windshield and dried before it was ever wiped. Words cannot describe how much this placed changed. Used to be my go to place, never again. Totally unacceptable. Been here a few times with my Jeep. Never super impressed. There were always spots they missed that I noticed when I got home. Little irritating considering the 50-70 dollar price for a car wash but I got over it, until my last visit. Got the top wash - Ceramic Shield wash. I am not naive about the misleading name. I just wanted every service they offered in a packaged wash (added floor mats). They pulled my Camaro out and it looked decent, but the tires were not touched. I asked the guy that came to get me and his response "oh, tires are only available with the Platinum wash. Which is the next step down from the one I got. I didn't want to argue, so I went home and checked the services listed on the website. Surprise, tires were included with the package I got. Called the manager to see what they would do about it. Got the answering machine (twice) that said "I am not available, please leave a message." I left a message on the second call, and so far nothing. For a 50-70 dollar car wash, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Perfect example of you don't always get what you pay for. read more

A great place to get your car washed. They'll use microfibers to dry your car if you ask them to so they don't put those swirl marks in your car! Nice people who work there and they want to make you happy. I go here regularly and it's nice to use a local place that's "touchless" and that isn't some huge chain. Keep our $$$ in STL! read more

I paid $30 for an inside wipedown, after I spilled protein milk in my car. Look at the pics of how they returned my car. Manager will not respond to my emails or phone calls. He said...my techs spent the timed amount they were supposed to on the car. I will never go back!!! read more

After my car is done it always looks sparkly clean and they do a good job with interior as well. They do a lot of work when you do inside and outside but my only negative is the time that it takes to get your car back. It's often 45+ minutes. I always get confused where my car is in the line up. But other than that this is my GO TO SPOT. read more

They do a good job and they are very thorough but this place is very expensive. I might use them after a snowstorm or something to get the salt blown out etc. But the run-of-the-mill car wash you are looking at is 30 bucks minimum. (This review is for the Oakville location) Where should I begin? First of all, this place is not cheap. $32 for the exterior, another $11 if you want them to clean the inside and they will hit you for another $3 if you drive an SUV. Now I don't mind paying for quality work but my 8 year old does a better job. I'd have him do it all of the time but I would rather see him playing with his friends or doing something he actually enjoys. Also, plan on wasting an hour getting your car done, these guys are extremely slow. Again, I wouldn't mind waiting if the car came out looking good but they just do average work here. When I complain they say bring it back and we'll do it again. Like I want to waste another hour sitting up there watching these chumps mess my car up again. Save your time and money and go to the gas station car wash. It looks just as good minus the tire shine which I can manage myself. read more

My car just had the worst experience of its 2 year life and it is still experiencing it. I took it to this place on the recommendation of a friend who also told me about a coupon for the place in the West Magazine. I thought I would give it a try but very regretful that I went to this place. In fact, I had to return to this place for a manager to partially fix the mess others had done. I supposedly got the Rain-X full service for $34, which I did get complimentary due to the coupon. I added the spray and wipe with matt shampoo for another$ 16.99. The individual who serviced my car after going through the wash had clothing full of oil/grease or something grimey. I noticed the other employees were wearing clean tan shorts I noticed the car stunk when I was leaving to go to my friend's office a few blocks away. It smelt of oil, so much for their " fresh scent spray" However when I start looking at the car there were grease smudges on the back seat and on the driver's seat. The spray and wipe was only half done. Many areas of the car were still dusty and the all- weather mats weren't that clean. So much for their shampoo. The car was was pretty clean to begin before I went here except a few areas such as cup holders. The full service was supposed to include hand drying which was debatable from what I saw her do. I now have white streaks running down the sides of my car and will have to be rewashed tomorrow at another place. I had to return to this place to have the grease spots removed from my seats however not all of them were as I saw more on the front of the seats once I got home. The car still smells of Grease/ oil. Also was supposed to get a wheel bright and tire Armor All. I saw what she did and it was so half assed that it was basically worthless. It was poorly vacuumed as there's still dust and dog hair in the seat seams and carpeting. I will never return to this place as the car is now dirtier than before going here. As other reviewers have mentioned check your car thoroughly before you leave. Also make sure to take a big whiff of it. The worst " cleaning" I've experienced. read more

I was sold on the interior clean, where the greeter said it would feel like a new car. While I wasn't looking for the new car or expected it, I was shocked and disappointed when I got in my car to see that NOTHING was done in the interior, or so I thought. I came home to do the interior myself (again after paying for it) only to find that the floor carpets were SOAKING wet. If I hadn't gone in to do what they should have I would not have probably noticed until my car smelled and mold developed. All I can say is beware and check everything before leaving. read more

That's why they call it detailing your car. Pretty frustrating when you spend $50+ per visit and it seems like you just got a wash and vacuum. This was my 2nd bad experience. 1st: I paid for the most expensive wash and the upcharge for my SUV - they didn't even open the back doors obviously - I didn't realize this when I left because I just looked in the front - I had to go to another car wash and finish the job. 2nd: Again paid for the most expensive wash - dash and counsel wasn't wiped down - pretty basic in my opinion. Always happy with my car wash here. We have 2 membership/cars and love coming here during none peak hours. It's pretty quick and they can spend more time cleaning my cars. If you're in a hurry and expect it to be perfect be realistic and don't go there when they are packed and backed up. Everyone here is very nice and Regina is a pleasure to deal with. read more

I have gone to this place 3 different times with a brand new truck. I was hesitant to sign up for the monthly car wash plan but I went ahead and did it anyway. The truck is clean since its brand new so when theres dirt or needs to be wiped down or vacuumed it's very easily noticed when it's dirty and clean. I asked if they wiped down the dash and console and I was told yes. If I wanted it wiped down with armor all that was extra. I was told they wipe the doors down, the cup holders, door jambs and several other places. The cup holders have not yet been wiped down after 3 visits. The door jambs are hit and miss. The dash has never been wiped down by them. Today I asked for them to spray the wheel wells out and they were not even touched. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of attention they put into a truck when you're tipping fairly decent and the monthly fee is what it is. I will be cancelling my membership before the next billing cycle read more

I get a lot of car washes. This one was pretty good. They do the inside and the outside like Waterway. I felt they took a bit more time with the car than Waterway for the same price. My one major complaint would be they clearly used a white towel to hand dry the car. When I pulled out of the lot I noticed white fuzz from the towel on the hood of the car. This is clearly the best car wash I've found in the area. The spa club option is great. Love to keep the car clean. Have also had them do the engine cleaning. Keeps the car looking like new. They do a much, much better job than the other big chain and it is touch less in the wash bay so over time, less microscratches to the finish. read more

If I didn't have a free membership I likely would have not chosen to go to this place, mostly because of the distance from my home. In general, they do an okay job. My car was brand new so it's hard to tell how good the interior cleans are after more wear and tear. The first time I went, they completely skipped the interior actually... not sure why. Most times, it took about 30-60 minutes. It can get busy/backed up. There was once I sat there 1.5 hours, luckily I had no where to be. Most times, I have to do a little cleaning myself after I leave, I notice there are usually some oil/cleaning spray marks on the doors and the center counsel is almost always never wiped down. My expectations were usually low so I don't have many complaints. read more

I miss these guys so bad! They did an awesome job when I lived nearby. They are farrrr better than Waterway throughout Stl. Every day you get windows cleaned, they vacuum it thoroughly and a hand wax always costs only $30! I do it once a quarter and all our cars still look brand new. read more

This place is kind of pricey. At least I think so, but they do have good specials. My husband and I recently went here for a post-snow rinse. It was a Monday after the Rams won a game, so a regular exterior wash was only $2!!! They, of course, try to upgrade you, but we refused. First - the car wash and staff are good. I would give that part 3 stars. I would NOT recommend the oil change part of the business. They rotated my tires, only to find out the next time I go to get an oil change that they messed up the threads putting the tire back on. How do I know this.. it is the only time the tire has been removed since the time they rotated the tires. This is concerning because it is not safe. They let me leave and drive on this and did not tell me. What if something serious would have happened? Secondly, they current staff said it was noted as rusty. Well, they never told me that and if it was and was a risk it should have been communicated and addressed at that point in time. In all fairness I doubt the current staff was there or involved but customer service? Fix something that they broke? Nope. They wouldn't and nope, I will never do there again or recommend it as I had in the past. read more
