They are passionate about every detail. I apologized when they arrived because our cars were dirty .. we have pets and have neglected our cars. They just smiled - they knew it didn't make any difference - they weren't going to leave until our cars looked new. And look new they did! Every crevice is clean and the cloth seats are immaculate again! Not only is it great to have our cars shiny and bright - it's great to see people enjoy doing their craft so well. Ive had my car detailed before and usually takes a couple of hours. Had a Groupon for detailing in and out. Went to the Chesterfield location. Was in and out in 40 minutes. I questioned about the rush. Found out, they didn't even vacuum the trunk. Also had a spit on my windshield that's still there. No freshener was applied. Carpet was supposed to be shampooed, but was not even damp. I stopped by the Maryland heights location to co n plain. It's not that I wanted a redo of the service, but complete what they didn't do. Instead of taking care of me right there, they wanted me to come back next week. Not sure why they just couldnt pull someone to take of my problems. This place scratched all the car paint and windows using a push broom. Used paint thinner all over the car instead of the requested clay bar like any decent shop would do. Left chemical ether marks on the headlights, tail and later ate my clear bra. Had to have all my windows replaced to say the least. Do yourself a favor and read the other reviews. Mark and his wife are quick to call people names, scammers or liars. Read how upset they get in their replies then ask yourself what I should have "Is there a place I want to do business with?". Had to open an out of pocket insurance claim this is company who I'd suggest stick to just washing cars but they can't even do that right. Not just my sentiment but other nearby businesses who are familiar with this dump. Did not make any personal gains over the claim as I was in multiple shops many months to repair Mark's damage. I do not recommend this business. There are other car detailing companies that are far more professional and offer better customer service. I scheduled a PREMIUM detail, and when the employee arrived, I was told there'd be an unexpected $65 pet hair surcharge--which I considered excessive given the amount of pet hair in my car. After calling the company to discuss, I was told I would receive a call back. The individual detailing my car came to the door and told me he was instructed to leave the jobsite. I reached out to the business and was told my appointment was cancelled due to the conflict and they would not be providing the service as planned (no one from the company called me back). This is unacceptable customer service, and now I have a car that cannot be sold as planned. If you value professionalism and reliability, choose another detailing company. Don't risk your time and money here. read more

I took two vehicles to mobile auto pros. I received both back in worse shape than when they were dropped off. One vehicle had high spots that I couldn't remove. The other we used a Groupon and they used armor all on the all weather floor mats, brake and gas pedals making them extremely slick and downright dangerous. The owner, Marc, seems like a good guy and he was very accommodating but, perhaps, his employees just aren't doing a very good job with the vehicles. I would not recommend them as I paid them to perform a service and the vehicles (plural) weren't in as good condition when I got them back. Hopefully, this is not the norm for them but I'm not a happy customer. read more

We took our Ford Ranger in for a full detail in preparation for selling it, and they did an awesome job. Paint matched a couple of spots for touch-up, detailed the body, interior, and under the hood. Was done when promised, and charged the estimate only. If I need another detailing, will definitely use again. read more

Worst experience I've had in a long time, including being called a f***ing a**hole by the owner (Mark) over the phone. First, hard time getting a time scheduled (for mobile service). Second, said window of time starting at 8 am, but did not tell me that that window was all day (until 4 pm). I've seen 3 or 4 hour windows of time, but never 8... Then, as the hours got later and later, finally received a call that the technician could not make it by 4 pm. Also, found out his work order did not reflect full inside and outside treatment (only inside). Expected to get a call back to reschedule, but I had to be the one to initiate the rescheduling the next day. Was also expecting to get a call from Mark to explain the situation, but he never called back. I had to call him. It was during this discussion that he basically told me he is too busy to talk to customers and denigraded this customer. read more

By the way. The last time I was in that business was November 2021. I reported the business to the BBB because the Paint correction contract is a scam in my opinion. He got mad because I gave an opinion of the service that was a criticism. No name calling, no cursing. You know how Amazon sellers, eBay sellers will do whatever for you to take a negative portrayal of their business off of social media? That's what happened here. The moral is keep your mouth shut I'll do business with you. But if you critique the service you are gone. Simple. He got mad and barred me from coming in again. So the moral of the story is just be nice to Mark Sgroi and ONLY say nice things when he works on your car. All will be fine. Promise. So, if you get a paint correction service find out SPECIFICALLY how you keep the contract from Mobile Auto Pros, in effect. Ask him EXACTLY how you keep the contract enforced. But my VW was in desperate need of some TLC that I just didn't have time to do myself, and the headlights have gotten foggy over time. Mobile Auto Pros comes to the garage at my office downtown roughly once a week; when I saw they offered headlight restoration I decided I'd get a full "express" detail as well. Super professional service! The car looks brand new inside and out and the price was definitely reasonable. I wouldn't recommend. I paid $155 for the premium interior detail which was supposed to include the headliner and steam extraction for the carpet. The car overall looks clean but there is still dirt in the carpet and the headliner wasn't even touched. The only thing I really had time to notice while I was there was under the passenger seat it barely looked like they did anything (but when I said something I was told that was the side the owner had done). Another employee came out and vacuumed it up a little and told me that they streamed it and it's just not going to come out. I'm sorry but if this is what you get for a 'Premium Interior Detail' I would suggest going somewhere else for $155 to get a decent job. read more

This is about the gas station associated with the auto shop. This gas station has a gimmick. The gimmick is the gas doesn't come out of the pump as you squeeze the lever. The screen also didn't come on showing the amount. When it decided to come on it was at $12.00 but little to no gas came out of the nozzle. When I informed the cashier she said," ok." She wasn't surprised or moved that it happened. So be aware!! read more

Tried this place out and got a Pro Full Detail. Picked my car up and it just started raining so I didn't really get to see the wash job but the first thing I noticed was that there were so many tree leaves still stuck in the sides of the front and back windshields. No way that they looked at the car and thought it was "clean". I have them go over and fix it and they apologize, fine. I get home to a covered place out of the rain and then notice all of the spots left on my car from 1) Sap, 2) older dirt stains on the lower half of the car. This was not from the days rain and you could tell. I took it back for a rain check another day but I had to call and request it as no one actually offered it to me when I picked it up which I also found odd. As for the (minimal) sap still there, they told me that it's extra to remove... also something that no one mentioned when I got the quote as I DID tell them there was sap on the car. The interior cleaning was okay. No complaints there. It smelled nice and looked good though I also didn't get the air freshener. Maybe my idea of what a $120+ car detail looks like is off but I'll pass next time. read more

Excellent service showed up on time clean two of my cars excellent very nice very pleasant people one thing that I was concerned about was when I asked for the package for $95 when they were finished they took it upon their self hand wax my car for additional $15 didn't tell me till after the job was done which was still nice looking but I thought that was part of the package deal so instead of $95 it was 110 plus I tip the two guys Also I wasn't aware that they did senior citizen discount till after both cars were done so I'll be sure to ask the next time other than that excellent job read more

The customer service has been great when I have had to reschedule on short notice and my car always looks amazing once they are done. We got our car hand washed from Mobile Auto Pros when visiting STL and they were great. We have ceramic coating already and never use automatic car washes to prevent swirls. Even though the package we selected didn't include washing floor mats (only vacuuming), Mobile Auto Pros washed the all weather mats and delivered the car super clean. They damaged my vehicle and tried to cover it up. When I found it and brought it to their attention they just tried to defend themselves. They railroaded me to only offer the cheapest possible quote for the repair, they just said take it or leave it. They would not even give me what would equate to a refund! I just experienced the absolute best customer service and car washing service ever. It all started with the receptionist Leah who was so helpful, patient and accommodating. I decided to wait on my vehicle and do a little work in between. I was offered water, full access to the waiting area and their Wifi password so i can be productive lol. We used this company for the first time earlier this week and did not have a positive experience with the company. They cleaned and we asked them to specifically put the key in the same place we had put it. The crew cleaned the car and left b but we could not find the key. After a series of calls and emails and back and forth of us calling the company to tell them the key was missing and they insisted they put the key back, checking the car many times, many calls back and forth, they found the key in their cleaning van and had to bring it back up. This caused us to be late to a meeting were needed to be at due to the missing key etc. They were responsive to our calls and handled it professionally and when they did realize it was their mistake, they offered us a discount to make up for the lost key which was appreciated.
