I liked how quickly they could fit me in and give my car the full interior and exterior detail right before a holiday. My car was an absolute disaster- bird poo, feral animal prints that the drive through wash wasn't cleaning, something sticky on the passenger door, and three years of white dog hair on a black floorboard. I wasn't expecting the level of literal detail they out into getting all the nooks and crannies inside and out. My car looks awesome and I'll be back frequently to keep it looking good. read more

I've been looking for a place to detail my car for awhile, and after an unfortunate incident with my dog that left the crevice between my front seat and console (which I was unable to reach with my vacuum) very gross. I had time on my hands and needed my seats shampooed desperately, I called on a Monday and asked for just my seats to be shampooed and the gentleman gave me a solid breakdown of what I should expect. I pull up and it's a pretty small parking area so I had to hope my car was OK where it was in the lot. It was about an hour and really liked that I was able to sit inside and watch them do their thing. The 4-5 gentlemen working on my car was considerate and respectful of my belongings and paid attention to detail. Checkout was simple and straightforward, no surprise fees. $78 upfront for both front and backseats. They even cleaned the exterior and microfibered my windows and framing. I appreciated their work especially on such a hot day. The only thing is I wish the inside to wait had some air conditioning, but they did have a fan blowing on the seat I sat in. When I returned to my car they placed my belongings in a bag in my trunk to not damage them. Definitely recommend, they did a fabulous job. They did a decent job of washing the car. I would go here rather than take my car to a tunnel wash any day. The clothes they used to clean the insides of the windows, especially the windshield, left fibers and streaks on the glass. Now I have to go through the process of cleaning the inside of the windshield with a warm bucket of soapy water, a squeegee, and some waffle weave glass towels to get the fibers out and have streak free, clean, glass. Defeats the purpose of going to a car wash if I have to wash it again. They did not use the proper tool to clean the wheels. They used a microfiber tool that doesn't get into the nooks and crannies nor did they clean the inner barrels of the wheels. Otherwise, the car looks good and it saved me time by having them wash the rest of the car. They're good but there is definitely room for improvement. No issue with the cost of the wash. Try to get there early as they can get booked up pretty quickly. read more

Went in to get carpet cleaned specifically for rear passenger area only on one side, I had already dabbed the very freshly spilt milk out of the carpet very aggressively, confirmed x2 that they have wet vacuum to clean that 1.5 ft square area with shampoo/cleaner etc They were done in 5 minutes without exaggeration. The whole car had an intolerable smell of whatever they doused in there to mask any other odour. No carpet shampooing of any kind was done. Had to take it somewhere else to get cleaned again. read more

Third time trying this place out and was pretty impressed! I asked for the interior service which comes with a car wash. And after 10 years of grime and dirt they brought my truck back to life. There's a coffee shop next door or you can wait inside where there's limited seating but a tv to keep you occupied. Overall, I'd say it took roughly 3 hours to complete. Seat covers were soaked and recommended to be washed at home. Scent I chose was Monkey Farts. The only downside is that the car seats were still damp after they cleaned and vacuumed so be prepared for a day or two air dry. read more

I have been driving past this place for years and have always seen people sitting around out front, which gave me the feeling that much work was not occurring. Although, they had pretty good reviews on yelp, so I decided to finally give them a chance. I was very disappointed in the detail I got. I honestly felt that this place took the detail out of detailing. I thought it was strange when they called me after my rather dirty car had only been there for thirty minutes, despite me opting for a more expensive package. It was also strange that they had a Square machine but the guy insisted I bring back cash, which meant a walk to the atm in the rain. I don't know if most of the reviews are from people who know the people who work here, but I just can't see how others had such a great experience when I left with a car that had sand still around the emergency break and my carpet with a weird marking on it. read more

He showed me the menu and I ordered, left my keys with him along with my name and number. He gave me a 30 min timeframe to return (between 1:30 and 2pm). I arrived back at 1:45, and they were finishing up. I tried a coffee shop next door in the meantime. When I returned at 2pm, they asked me to inspect the vehicle to make sure I was satisfied. I had the BEST experience and results today. I had Patrick service and perform the detailing on my car. Although I take care of it mechanically, I never took my car detailed or professionally cleaned after moved here from CALI. I traveled all over and carried boxes with me all the time, so I never really cared about how the interior looked. Went to the place about 2 weeks ago with my Corolla 2018. I was a bit cautious since there were a couple of hit and miss in the reviews. So here's my take: - Go in on the weekday morning. They will have less traffic so they can focus on your car better. - It's a manual hand wash so it's not your typical machine car wash - Bring cash, because their machine never works - Always review your car before paying. Since they do it manually and it can't be helped that they do miss certain parts of your car. If you spot something missing, just ask them if they can scrub it off and they will gladly take care of it - Before giving them your keys, you can highlight to them the areas that is a concern to you. I told them I'm concern about the back row seat of my car, the door on the passenger side and they honestly tried their best with it - Never sink in more then $50 if this is your first time. Opt for the basic one first and see if it works for you read more

The worst, car windows filthy asked twice to wipe them, no freshener in car, horrible streaks everywhere from using dirty towels. They use to be a quality car wash years ago but that has significantly declined. Wouldn't recommend unless you catch them early in the morning, maybe you'll get clean towels and a proper wax and wash. read more

My fiancé bought me a $300 gift card for detailing with an additional $45 added for tip. When we brought the vehicle in for detailing we were told the gift card was only good for 90 days, even though there is no expiration date on the gift card or receipt. The shop said they would clean the car but not detail it. When we got it back it had been wiped down inside, dirt remained in crevices and floor mats vacuumed but not cleaned. These guys are great! Brought my car in the other day for a hand wash and detailing and they had it turned around in about an hour. The basic service right now is $15 to do a car, $20 for an SUV. Added bonus comes with a buy-nine-get-one-free customer loyalty card. I'm told they have reasonable prices for more thorough cleanings, too. I loved the results -- my car hasn't looked so shiny since the day I drove it into St. Louis. There are a few spots (wax?) on the windshield and I needed to clean the center console myself for a few minutes afterwards, but I don't get a hand wash that often and didn't know the specifics of what I paid for. At any rate, no big deal. Best yet, though, for a bit extra they took care of some huge (but shallow) scratches on the side of my car. I was already looking for new used cars, they were so bad -- not anymore! Even the guys were impressed they pulled it off, saying, "That's why we're ELITE!" Looking forward to coming back, especially since it costs practically as much to get a machine wash at the gas station. Plus, the personal touch goes a long way; Mike even came over and got me from Northwest Coffee next door when the job was finished. It's all in the details . . . just not at Elite Detailing. I just bought a ten year old Jeep and wanted to get it detailed, truly making it my own. I read reviews of numerous places before choosing Elite Detailing. Unfortunately I didn't have the experience most people did. The guys were nice, but will tell you just about anything you want to hear, not necessarily the truth. I was told that engine cleaning was included in the "full detail" but when I picked my Jeep up it wasn't done. They said the boss said it would cost another $30. Why not call me to ask if I still wanted it done since it was promised?? I looked over the Jeep and found numerous places that were half done. They forgot the right door jam and under the passenger seat. The windows were smeared. The spare tire on the back wasn't washed and did not shine like the others. Then the next day I noticed that there was still wax on the other four wheels. I admit that I'm particular and take great care of my cars, but these missing details are so basic. They really overshadowed the entire experience. Some things were done well, but not enough for what I paid. Maybe the guy that worked on my car had a bad day, but I wouldn't recommend Elite Detailing unless you want to double and triple check your car when you pick it up - and then wait for them to finish while you wait.
