Not only a car wash, but also a fueling station is included. What I found to be one of the more positive aspects of the business are their gas pricing through Waterway Fuels. I'm sure it's a draw into their wash, but it worked for me needing a fill up coming off the road. I encountered a friendly staff person who assisted me with payment of the wash and a ticket. Also, one of the aspects of the business that I've never seen at any other car wash before is a bug prep area. Again, perfect coming off the road with lots of bugs. It's an area right before you enter to scan your ticket. The prep area offers brushes, squeegees and plenty of soapy water. My ticket scanned with no issue and the wash overall was pretty good. They also offer self-serve vacuums which I skipped this time. An overall clean operation with strong service was my take away. I'm sure that I will return next time in town.

A good place to get your car washed while traveling…read more While visiting the O'Fallon, Missouri area, we decided to stop at Waterway Carwash to clean the car after several days of traveling. The location was easy to find and offered both fuel and a car wash, making it convenient to take care of both at the same stop. We filled up with gas first before heading through the wash. Since this was our first visit to a Waterway location, we weren't familiar with how everything worked. The wash itself was straightforward, and after it was finished, we pulled into one of the vacuum and detailing spaces to wipe down the car. A staff member politely informed us that we had parked in an area reserved for VIP members and directed us to the appropriate area for standard customers when we were pretty much done. It was an easy mistake for first-time visitors to make, but the employee handled it professionally and courteously. The facility itself was very clean and well maintained. The vacuum and detailing areas seemed well organized. The prices also seemed very reasonable for the services provided. Overall, we had a good experience despite our brief confusion about the parking areas. Between the clean facility, courteous staff, reasonable prices, and convenient location, I would recommend this Waterway Carwash to fellow travelers or anyone in the O'Fallon area looking to give their vehicle a good cleaning.

I liked the experience even though I am not a machine wash kind of guy. The reason I did this is because this is my father in law's car. He doesn't keep his car up that well. I work in a shop and was going to take his car in for an emissions inspection and the car was gross inside, spilled soda, MaccyD's bags, an unopened Dr Pepper, change all over the center console where there was spilled soda. I am rambling, anyways, I couldn't drive in a germ ridden so I took it to Waterway. The place is amazing, the pricing for the full service was great, I even got a ceramic style protectant which made the windows water repellant. The young lady asked if I wanted the trunk cleaned as well, I said no, I didn't even want to know what that looked like if the interior was in such grossness. They asked after the car bath if I wanted any attention to certain parts of the interior. I said yes, please really clean the center console. They did a stellar job inside and out. I like that the wheels were even very well cleaned (the design has a lot of spokes which is kind of hard to get in between, though they cleaned them well). Very good pricing, very attentive and courteous staff, very nicely laid out outside couches and indoor waiting area, I like that they have greeting cards as well (my brother just passed away and I was looking for a sympathy card for my sister in law). All in all, I highly recommend, you can't go wrong.
