They let me come in at 5:30 when they closed at 06:00 just to accommodate my schedule. There were 3 or so guys doing the tinting and all were polite and skilled. I had my BMW tinted about 3 years ago. The price was great and service was even better. The car looks great and I get compliments often. You can't beat the warranty either. I noticed the drivers side had started peeling near the base of the window. It's a convertible so the windows come down often.They got my car in ASAP and fixed it quick. ****STAY AWAY**** DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! ****NEGATIVE RATING**** Cant say anything good about this place. Hired them to tint the windows on one of my vehicles. Asked for a quote. Accepted their offer and was told that it takes two hours. Scheduled an appointment for 12:00, noon. Had a little extra time and dropped off my vehicle at 10:00 am. So far, so good. However, by 3:30 I still had not heard from anything from them so I called to ask when my vehicle would be done. I was told it would be done at 5:00 pm. Scratching my head, I inquired as to why a two hour quote would take FIVE hours. The receptionist began yelling that I hadn't kept my appointment. When I pointed out that my vehicle was indeed, at their shop at 12:00, our scheduled and agreed upon appointment time, the receptionist put the owner on the phone who then screamed, literally, SCREAMED, "You are the epitome of what's wrong with the world! I am taking off your tint!" Ad so, the owner proceeded to remove the tint from my vehicle that they just installed. I left right away to collect my vehicle. What a chit show. I could see the veins bursting in his forehead from over the phone. No idea how this place is an actual business, but good luck to them. I hope they find the kindness in the honey, so to speak. Many hostile owner replies on ggoogle and such. Many anger issues. SINGLE PARENT. I DID NOT FEEL SAFE IN THE PRESENCE OF THE EMPLOYEES. read more

Great service! I'm very happy with my results, I wasn't aware that the $220 that I paid for did not include the front windshield. I'm defiantly coming back to get it done just kinda irritated that it cost extra when I thought the $220 covered all of the windows which is what I was told. read more

I really don't want to give them even one star!!! I called and made an appointment for an estimate to have the windows of my home tinted. The day before my appointment I received a call and was asked what day my estimate was scheduled for. When I told them the day and time I was then told that I had been scheduled for two different days and that they didn't have anyone available on the day I had scheduled. Sooooo I rescheduled. We rearranged our schedule so that we would be home. Halfway through the time window I was given I received a call saying that, again, there was no estimator available to come to my home. Sooooo, again I rescheduled!!! Our personal schedules were AGAIN rearranged so that we could be home to receive them. On the day that they were scheduled...for the THIRD time... they did not arrive at all around the time frame we were given. When I called to see what was going on I was given excuse after excuse. We were so fed up with them seeming to not want our business that I told them to "forget it" and to not send anyone. I told them that because of all of the runaround we had received that they not only lost our business but our son's as well because he was going to have his home done too. I will NOT be recommending this company to anyone and we will be looking elsewhere for the services we need. read more

Thanks to Yelp! I found this was the BEST place to take my car for window tinting. After spending a fortune to have my rear window replaced at the dealer it was a very nice surprise for such a low cost to have it professionally tinted. They were able to get me in for an appointment right away. Dropped off the car and it took about an hour and a half. They used a special tool to measure the tint on the other windows to make sure this one would match. In talking with one of the owners they don't do a lot of orders for the general public. Most of their work comes from the local luxury car dealers. Work comes with lifetime warranty. Very very happy!! read more

Merriam was most helpful (and very personable) and was able to explain the differences in the film types available and arious tinting levels to help with my decision.
