They did a really good job, the tint has held up with no peeling! Pricing was very reasonable! I took two stars off due to their poor communication and refusal to service my vehicle. I had initially scheduled an appointment with them to service my own car around the end of 2023. I had some scheduling conflicts and had to cancel my appointment. I tried to follow up with them to reschedule via text, I got no response. Fast forward to June of this year, I called their listed phone number a few times and got no answer. I finally got a response from them when I reached out via email. The owner stated that they would not service me due to my prior cancellation, which I was very disappointed to hear. It was almost like they were intentionally not answering my calls, and when I asked if the owner could please reconsider I was yet again ignored! A direct answer or formal disclaimer would have been much appreciated during the time of my initial cancelled appointment so I wouldn't have wasted my time! I was pretty surprised they refused to service to me, as I believed I gave enough notice ahead of time and wanted to reschedule my initial appointment. S*** happens! Sometimes people have to cancel appointments and reschedule. I feel like they didn't communicate any disclaimer/warning about cancellations whatsoever. I hope going forward they alert clients about this policy as it was extremely unprofessional. Or maybe ask for a percentage of the fee as an initial deposit to hold your appointment date? I would have gladly paid it! I'm definitely frustrated with the situation but I'm taking my business elsewhere to a more direct, and professional servicer.

Their workmanship is consistently top-notch -- clean, professional, and exactly what you want when you're trusting someone with your vehicle. What I appreciate most is how they treat their customers. It's rare to find a place that combines great customer service with flawless results, but Dalo Motoring does it every time. Highly recommend. I won't go anywhere else for tint or auto glass work.

I get the to get the tint fixed and the witch behind the counter doesn't agree to past conversations with her coworker about the free tint fix/replacement, and the guy who said he'd do it for free was there and and didn't say anything to the witch about past conversation or agreements. Trusting their word, we moved forward with the job. Just a few hours after installation, insurance did approve OEM parts. I told the shop right away that I was unhappy with the result, especially since their advice turned out to be completely false. Even after insurance contacted the shop and confirmed that OEM parts were approved, the shop refused to correct the job--saying it was already done. They also promised the new windows would match the originals, but they don't. The tint is visibly different. The shop said they'd send a virtual e-gift card to help cover the cost of correcting the tint, but that never happened either. This experience felt rushed and misleading. I'm extremely disappointed--especially after finding out the shop told insurance that we were "happy" with the aftermarket parts. That's simply not true. We were misled into thinking aftermarket was our only option, and we expressed our dissatisfaction the very same day the job was completed. I would not recommend this shop to anyone--unless they are willing to make this right by reinstalling the OEM windows that insurance approved. I genuinely hope someone from the shop reaches out to resolve this properly.
