I purchased a membership because I have found that I am in there every week before work. I went around the corner to enter the wash, the attendant signaled me to move forward so I did. He kept motioning to move forward. When I got onto the belt as directed to by the attendant my car gave a subtle jerk and was pulled into the car in front of me. The entire time I was trying to stop, the attendant just stared at me saying stop. It took another employee coming out of the building pushing or turning off something that shut everything down to stop my car being pushed into the other vehicle. I rolled down my window and asked what the hell happened and they both immediately said I came into the wash to fast. At no time since coming around the corner to enter the wash was my foot even on the gas pedal and I followed everything the attendant said. I have been using the car wash for years and always nervous about bad stuff happening to my car so I always wait for them to tell me when to move or do anything. I called the number to the reply on my review 02/23/26 and they said they could not cancel my plan because they don't have access to that. They also said a district/area manager would contact me. My husband talked to the location manager (based off email address) I guess his name is Aamaud Rutherford instead of apologizing and giving our money back and cancelling our membership he blamed me again and told my husband that I was a liar. He or someone who works there called my phone multiple times and wouldn't answer, so I blocked the phone number. Then I get several emails, still no apology, blaming me and saying he wants to go over the video. We don't want to go over the video because I was there and I have dashcam video of me following the workers direction until I could no longer do so because the belt or something was dragging me. The only one who has ever listened to me or apologized was the number from my Google review reply. Luckily, neither my car or the other car were damaged. I am taking this as a sign do not use automated car washes, I recommend others do the same, especially this location.

They have happy hour seven days a week 8 AM to 9 AM and 6 PM to 7 PM and all day on Wednesdays you can get a standard car wash for only five dollars. But what really impressed me was everything else you get for free, high pressure vacuums, floor mat cleaners, for carpeted and rubber mats, a spray bottle with Windex to get your windows even cleaner, they even supply you with nice quality shop towels to wipe down the inside of your car in your windows with . Not only a car wash, but also a fueling station is included. What I found to be one of the more positive aspects of the business are their gas pricing through Waterway Fuels. I'm sure it's a draw into their wash, but it worked for me needing a fill up coming off the road. I encountered a friendly staff person who assisted me with payment of the wash and a ticket. Also, one of the aspects of the business that I've never seen at any other car wash before is a bug prep area. Again, perfect coming off the road with lots of bugs. It's an area right before you enter to scan your ticket. The prep area offers brushes, squeegees and plenty of soapy water. My ticket scanned with no issue and the wash overall was pretty good. They also offer self-serve vacuums which I skipped this time. An overall clean operation with strong service was my take away. I'm sure that I will return next time in town.

The car was meticulously gone over when I bought it 3 weeks prior. The Waterway territory manager said I should turn it into my insurance. If they have cameras prove it that I had a scratch on my brand new cars windshield. He then said there cameras aren't that good! Unbelievable!! this is a brand new car and they scratched the windshield and this is how I am treated! Do not go to Waterway they are a disreputable business.I hope this review helps save someone from having their car damaged.
