The location here is very helpful got asked multiple times if I needed help. Got a work boot for my Mom. The Lady Sydney was very stingy about giving the commercial discount to my Mom. She got a safety boot, socks and boot covers. She only did the discount for the safety boot only and told my mom it only works for safety boot. (Not true we've got the discount on all items in Wyoming, Utah, California and Texas.) We asked for the manger to get it resolved and at the end Sydney said she didn't know that it could cover for all items.

Noticed the incorrect charges We received the higher charges and went to store to correct it. The representative tone was like.. they are doing favor by correcting their mistake. We decided to cancel membership, You don't get a option on webpage to access the your account directly. Web page is created intentionally so you can't access the your account to cancel membership. I struggle to find the my account page and once found then no option to cancel membership. According to page you can do it by chat(don't found the chat option), call (wait time is 50+ min) and web(option doesn't exist). This is mordern version of pyramid scam, where they are giving making hard to cancel membership and reaping hard earn money... for failed to cancel membership. Don't fall into membership scam if you don't have 2 hrs time to cancel it.

She offered her help in me finding any pieces that I was in search of as I told her I was looking for some nice cardigans for my visit to my Aunts & Uncles in Boston this November. Well once I mentioned Boston we hit it off as she reminisced on her younger years & her visits to Boston, Marcy helped me along the way finding some amazing cardigans that will last for many years to come! Crew had a special going on with everything in store at least 40% off; so being that some items can be a bit pricey that does help save a few coins in your wallet for the next store you visit, lol! After deciding that I was going to stop at three cardigans & my husband picked out his selection of jeans, Marcy couldn't help but tell me to take a look at the final sale items in the back of the store! Thankfully I found some nice short sleeve pastel t-shirts for 60% off which you can't beat! Everything that I purchased I just love & can't wait to wear... don't know which cardigan I want to wear first, love them all so much! What makes this store great isn't just the gorgeous, high quality clothes that they sell but the people that are there to help you! They're not there to hunt you down but they're there whenever you're ready for their assistance & they're so nice without being pushy to make a purchase you may regret later! My friend shops Aritzia and recommended I go in-store to try on clothes because their sizing can be inconsistent. Also the return policy for sale items is 1) less than 50% off can be exchanged or returned for merchandise credit, and 2) 50% off or more are final sale. To me it's still pricey with a sale, so I want to make sure the items fit. I went into the store knowing exactly the two items I wanted to try. I had a hard time looking for a size for a blouse because it was hanging too high up. A store associate saw me struggle and offered to help. I wish I caught her name because she was very helpful and patient. She found the items I wanted, and helped me order one to ship to my house because they didn't have the color in store. In the fitting room, I was surprised there was no mirror! Rather than go out and have all eyes on me, I just used my phone as a mirror. Other than the weird fitting room experience, I had a good shopping experience here.

Great customer service! I stopped by to look for a new denim jacket and the women's rack had both…read moremen's and women's denim jackets mixed together. I asked one of the associates if they could find a women's jacket in my size and they went to check in the back for me. Unfortunately they didn't have what I was looking for but they did have a lot of inventory and it was a nice and organized store. This is not always the case for Gap Factory stores so this was a pleasant and enjoyable experience!
