I chose PNW Physical Therapy initially because I needed to find a clinic within walking distance from my home. I had surgery on my shoulder which meant that driving wouldn't be an option for a couple of months. Andrew was my primary PT, but I also saw Kylie a couple of times and got to know a few others around the clinic (including the owner, Jamie, who is awesome!) over the ~4.5 months I was going. Every session was 1-on-1 for the full 50ish minutes, which was different than any other clinic I had been to. Each appointment started with some assisted stretching and mobility exercises before moving into range of motion and strengthening. Every exercise was demonstrated for me and my therapist always ensured I wasn't experiencing any pain or discomfort. My main interest was getting back to a place where I could golf again, and after a couple of months spent restoring my range of motion, we started doing exercises that were more tailored to my activity preferences. The office was cooperative with my financial circumstances and honest throughout the entire process, never trying to schedule my for excessive appointments or take advantage of the situation. I'm now happy to say that I've been cleared by my surgeon to resume full activity and he was very impressed with my progress over the months. Now that I'm all finished, it feels kind of weird to say that I'll miss going to physical therapy every week!

This time I picked a different therapist for knee replacement. I am so glad that I did. Jamie Lee was my therapist. He was a joy to work with. He listened to what I had to say, even if it was off the subject. They got me an extended prescription. As I was still have knee problems after 3 years. Bottom line is, I will never look for another place for therapy as this is now my place for any kind of Therapy. Aloha to all at PNW. You made an 83 year old feel like an 80 year old. Lol. Thanks

From the initial scheduling phone call to the end, I had a wonderful experience. The scheduler handled my insurance, reached out to my Dr. for a referral and scheduled me several weeks out so I didn't have to worry about that later. Lexi was my PT and she was the best. Because I'm pregnant I was limited in what I could manage; she modified stretches and made sure I was comfortable while still providing relief. I reported my pain level an 8/10 at our first appointment and by the last one, it was 3/10. I'm still doing stretches daily and while it flares up every now and then, I can function again. Thanks Lexi for being the best!

Unfortunately I experienced what no client in pain and needing therapy should have to undergo. The…read moreoffice staff was and always has been excellent in attempting to schedule, and in their courtesy and cheerfulness. I received massage therapy for about a year here with a good therapist who took his job and my health very seriously, but he left. They have been booking way out and have not hired anyone else, so I had to take an appt. elsewhere as I am a 66 y.o. woman with quite severe hip, neck, back, and knee pain. When I came in last week on my spring break (I'm a teacher), I tweaked my upper hip getting out of the car, and went inside. I paid my copay, and was waiting for Mia to come out. The front office staff member told her I had pulled on a muscle, so when Mia came out I explained that I better not have that area worked on, and also at my one appt. I could find a week before, the therapist used hot stones around my neck, and together with the high stress I'm under (my mother is dying and daughter in crisis), I was recovering from a stress rash around my neck, so please don't work there. But I still needed to get relief/have the long awaited treatment on my lower hips, upper back, legs, arms, etc., to which she replied with a rude tone of voice and facial expression: "For An Hour??" I tried to explain that yes, I needed it, as my steady therapy was not available. She then said: " I have a waiting list of 100 people". I said, I'm here waiting to get help for my pain and you're telling me about how many people are on your wait list? To which she said: "I didn't say that"... (a complete lie-she just said it). So..... Her attitude of complete lack of concern for the clients welfare, lack of professionalism, care or intention to H-E-L-P me get the therapy for which I came there, lead me to never want to go back again. She is not fit to serve as a health care provider, and even though our region has a shortage of massage therapists, you want to avoid going to IRG Silverlake with Mia, who will treat you rudely and inappropriately if she feels like it, no integrity whatsoever. Also in the one prior appt. I had with her, it was at a very lackluster and mediocre skill level. I would like to add that the director did call me and took notes on what happened, and did apologize, which was appreciated. I do think that based on my experience over the year, that he Does Care about the quality of service they provide to their clients seeking treatment from pain and mobility issues. However, their lack of hiring someone to cover the need of clients for three months is troubling (I don't know to what extent he is responsible). Health Care is in a seriously difficult situation though now, financially and otherwise, and I had tried to give the benefit of the doubt, until being treated with such a low level of concern for the welfare of my health, and the basics of how to treat a client with courtesy and care. Let's try to bring each other up and not down in this crazy world? Be Well Everyone!

Everyone that works there is extremely kind and welcomed me with open arms . The receptionist was very nice and sweet, Dr. Gill and Dr. Sapida were amazing . We would even talk about some things that were outside of the topic of my injury, indicating that they wanted the best for me and for that I'm very appreciative and I thank them. They are good people at heart and will only want the best for you. A lot of clinics will just try to squeeze the money out of you and keep it pushing, not them. Today was my last day as I closed my case. They made it feel like I was leaving home . Told me to call and I'm welcome back if I ever need anything. It was a pleasure being treated at this clinic. In short Endlessly frustrating. After over a month of…read moretrying, I still can't even review the quality of care because we never got seen. In long 7 months ago, my lovely bride suffered a serious stroke and has lots of atrophy and inflammation in her affected arm and leg, because they don't move as much as they did before the incident. Month before last, we wanted to re-establish her with massage care, and left ESR a message. Waited a week. No response. Tried again. No response. Tried the online form to book an appointment. Still no response. Left one more VM while I started looking for somewhere else we could take her. A week later, they finally called back. 4th time's the charm, right? They sounded organized enough on the phone that I was ready to give them one last shot. They couldn't quite fully explain the difference between their specialists, but they got close enough that I just picked one. Still have to wait yet another week to get seen, and now we're well over a month into this process. They did a lot of intake work over the phone with me, and said it'd be nice (didn't sound required) if I could bring a paper copy of one form with me. Totally my fault--I couldn't find it. Certainly was my issue. But we couldn't be seen. At this point, even if the care in back is solid, there's such a long-standing pattern of obstacles, sloppiness, and indifference that it wouldn't have seemed wise to proceed, even if they let us. On to the next place.

My orthopedic provider told me I should start hand therapy (physical therapy) right away to avoid long-term problems. They gave me a generic referral write up and suggested a couple of providers near my home. That's when the real challenge began. I called those two providers and provider after provider from my insurance's in-network list, but most didn't answer, didn't call back, didn't take my insurance (even though my insurance said they would), or couldn't see me for weeks. I felt stuck and frustrated until I called ATI. The customer service rep on the phone quickly checked my insurance and offered me an evaluation appointment the same day or just a few days later, with a physical therapist experienced in hand injuries. The therapy sessions at ATI made a huge difference. The staff was friendly and supportive. They guided me through exercises, gave me printouts, and even provided an app with videos and daily tracking, which helped me stay on track at home. Four weeks later, my orthopedic doctor said I had fully recovered and lifted all restrictions. I still have some numbness and tingling, but I understand that's normal for my injury and may take many months to get back closer to what it used to feel. When I called ATI after the final orthopedics assessment to share the assessment and cancel my last physical therapy appointment; they handled it right away with no fee even thou the appointment was a few hours later. I'm truly grateful for their help. If you're in a similar situation and frustrated with finding a good physical therapist/hand therapy that is available and takes your insurance, I highly recommend calling ATI. They made a stressful time much easier for me.
