After not honoring their advertised 'Residential Emergency Service Plumbing', I had a leaking external pex line, they told me they couldn't get to the job done till the next day. I had to send 2 reminders the next day for them to come take a look at the active leak and the job consisted of a simple cut and adding a pex coupler. The 2 pex crips and coupler easily less than $10. As a professional plumber, the labor should have been less than 30 minutes. They quoted me, $400!!!!!! I feel they did that because they new I was on the mainland and a property landlord. I would never take advantage of people like Emery plumbing tried to take advantage of me...what a shame!!!!!
