There are multiple cracked and chipped tiles from your employees and you have failed to fix them. Your employees BROKE a crystal structure made of all antique cut crystal and you have failed to replace the pieces or pay for the damages. Then your billing guy threatens us because he claims we owe you money-what a joke-you owe us damages! And what kind of business threatens people-what horrible customer service! When are you doing to take care of all the damages and replace the damaged items including the vanity? We want this done immediately!

He had the water vacuumed up from the carpets and floors and big fans put into place to dry out the wet areas, including the drywall. He was very professional and answered all my questions. The fans remained for about a week, and they came out to check in the drying progress regularly. They kept in touch via text (my request) to let me know when they were coming and what the status was - great communication! When the areas were dry, they made sure there was no mold or other damage. They seemed very thorough. It looked great, like hardly anything happened at all! I just need to paint the affected area and it's as good as new! When Mark and Steven arrived, we informed them we couldn't fit the couch through the two doors (entrance door to complex and entrance door to our unit) because it was so close. We let them know we brought it in through the window. They first wanted to try fitting the couch through the two doors and let me tell you! They managed to get that couch out both doors like a piece of cake! He stated that he would return again to install a photo sensor and reconnect the remote metal detector wand attached to the gate opener. Despite at least four text messages over the next six weeks and several voicemail messages, he never responded or returned. I had two or three other small Appliance Repair jobs for him which he never returned to address. He appears to be too busy to even give the courtesy of responding to a text message or voicemail stating that he is not able to render services because he is too busy. I eventually gave up on him. I would recommend that customers stay away from his business in light of his ignoring multiple contact attempts.
