After finding out that it's the plumbers job to locate the cesspool and they did not do that and ripped me off, Randy came to the rescue hearing how distressed I was. He came out and gave me all the advice he possibly could and complete honest advice about my cesspool and the fact the plumbers may have lied and it might not even need pumping since things are draining again. Later when it backed up again, we located our cess pool but could not find the cap. He came out again to help us find it.
