Does anyone know if property Tech is still in business? In the past I have used Travis on several occasions and have always been pleased with his service. Several months ago I tried to get a hold of him to fix an issue . For six over six weeks I left text messages, voicemail messages and even scheduled appointments with his website online . Not one response was received to any of my attempts to contact him. As a result I found someone else to assist with my Appliance issue . I have another issue and so this morning I decided to send a text to his number asking if he was taking appointments anymore. As per usual nothing but crickets no response at all. If he is not in business anymore maybe we should reflect that on the website that he is permanently closed. If he is still open for business it would be nice to know why he refuses to respond to any attempts at communication. In the event that he was purposefully ignoring my communications I've had two friends try and contact him and they also got absolutely no response.​ read more

If you are looking to have your appliance repaired by a guy you can trust, look no further. My oven quit working and I found this company highly rated on another site's reviews so I gave them a try. Travis returned my call promptly and showed up on time as scheduled. He came into our home wearing a mask and had booties on to keep our carpet clean (haha). He had the proper gadgets to promptly diagnose the problem and looked up the parts price while in my kitchen. He was able to get the parts within a week and showed up again as scheduled to fix the oven. Travis is efficient but not in a rush and took the time to answer my questions. He's reasonably priced. Travis is polite, professional and treats you as he would want to be treated. I liked him so much that I asked him for extra business cards so I could recommend him to my neighbors. Travis really should be in a different line of work, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! at first I was so grateful to him, he was close by and was able to come over right away to diagnose my leaking washing machine. He found the issue, a leaking drain hose. He said he would have to order the parts, I asked how long until he could fix it, he said it would be about 2-3 days, I offered to pay him upfront but he said I could do so when he returned, this was on a Monday. I hadn't heard from him by Thursday afternoon so I reached out to him, he said he had the parts and would try to make it over the following day. Again, I still hadn't heard from him until late in the day Friday, where I had to reach out to him, he told me he wouldn't be able to do it that day - I had someone home all day waiting on him and he didn't have the decency to reach out to me or apologize. I sent him a text and asked if he would be able to come the following day, no response. An hour later I called him, no answer, I left a voicemail asking the same, he soon called me and explained that he could come the next day but it would be in the evening, I said that was perfect and someone would for sure be home. He said he could also come Sunday afternoon but I explained it would have to be saturday as no one would be home Sunday. I was working on Saturday and missed a call from him at 3pm (which is AFTERNOON, not evening). His message said he was in the area and could come by, I called him back at 5 (the beginning of "evening") and he didn't answer or respond to my message. I texted him at 7 asking what was going on, he responded that it would have to be Sunday. I responded that I had already told him Sunday was no good and once again I had someone home all day waiting for him as I had told him, he could have come by. He called me and said that normally his wife does all the bookings and he was trying to do me a favor - I explained this was the first I heard of that and I didn't ask for any favors I simply wanted my machine fixed. He then went on to tell me that he's running a business and he has a family... what?!?! EVERYONE has a family! I too run a business and I don't have a wife that helps me with my business or my family, I am a single mother and would NEVER use that as an excuse for poor customer service skills... I have never heard anyone try to justify bad service with "having a family". He didn't apologize or ask me how he could make it right when I was clearly unhappy. He then said he could drop off my parts and I could have someone else do the work or he could come Monday morning to do it. I said that no, I have already waited almost a week and needed it done so Monday would be fine. He came into my house on Monday, one week after his original visit, and said "we" (there was just one of him) have decided to not do the job and here are your parts. He told me how he has a baby on the way, I said that is your personal life, this is your professional life, what kind of service is this?? I rely on my washing machine for my business, had I known it would take a week or more I would have made other arrangements. His lack of communication and using his family to justify his poor business skills is absolutely inexcusable, I would have given him NO stars. A simple apology and doing the job he said he would do would have created further business from me and referrals to my friends and many clients. We just purchased our home and on Christmas Day our microwave/oven combo died while cooking dinner. We were able to get a tech out to our home quickly. He did everything possible to revive our archaic appliance. Unfortunately, the gecko that fried our no longer available circuit board won. I appreciate the honesty of our tech from the onset that it would probably not be repairable. He agreed to try cleaning as a last ditch effort. He is integrity is much appreciated. I bought appliances from Lowe's and the extended warranty. Freezer was making,loud noises so turned off ice maker. Called Lowe's warranty division and they gave me an appointment 19 days from date of call. Tried calling Lowe's with no help as it was an issue with insurance company And not Lowe's. I had no recourse but to call local company. Property Tech came that day and ordered needed parts. Travis changed ice maker and necessary valves. Highly recommended read more
