Travis showed up for a diagnostic assessment of a malfunctioning automatic gate opener at the front…read moredriveway. He returned and installed a new gate opener. He stated that he would return again to install a photo sensor and reconnect the remote metal detector wand attached to the gate opener. Despite at least four text messages over the next six weeks and several voicemail messages, he never responded or returned. I had two or three other small Appliance Repair jobs for him which he never returned to address. He appears to be too busy to even give the courtesy of responding to a text message or voicemail stating that he is not able to render services because he is too busy. I eventually gave up on him. I would recommend that customers stay away from his business in light of his ignoring multiple contact attempts.

When Mark and Steven arrived, we informed them we couldn't fit the couch through the two doors (entrance door to complex and entrance door to our unit) because it was so close. We let them know we brought it in through the window. They first wanted to try fitting the couch through the two doors and let me tell you! They managed to get that couch out both doors like a piece of cake! (That's why they do what they do ) They were so quick, I personally couldn't believe what just happened, because I really thought the couch wasn't going to fit out those doors. To sum everything up, I HIGHLY recommend Junk Authority Hawaii for any furniture removal needs!! Thank you guys

I went on to Nextdoor to see if there were any recommendations, and I found a positive one for Incom. Located near Costco (I'm in Keahou), I figured I'd give them a call. They answered their phone (most other welding calls went directly to voicemail), they were polite, professional, and most of all - "Responsive to my request." Now, they are primarily a structural welding company (Ibeams, and larger stuff) however, they scheduled a next day stop at my residence and not only fixed my broken steel latch but, improved the design to prevent the latch from bending again, Price was very reasonable and I was able to pay by credit card. When I redesign the gate, I'll be sure to call on Incom.
