She was courteous, personable, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She quickly resolved an issue we were having with an automatic charge, and while we were there, I mentioned the ongoing problems I'd been having trying to get my name changed on my account. I'd repeatedly requested the required forms from another office, but they never sent them. Instead of brushing it off, Sadia took the initiative to call the office herself to try to get the forms. When that still didn't work, she helped me schedule an appointment with her. At that appointment, she made sure everything was completed correctly and resolved the issue that same day. Sadia genuinely went above and beyond. She was proactive, competent, and made what had been a frustrating experience incredibly easy. You can't blame any bank for your own financial stupidity. But, if you can manage to keep your accounts in good standing and you simply need a no-hassle branch to service your needs. But, all the tellers here deliver great service. But, remember one thing. It's the corporate office that sets the rules that each financial center must abide by. They are driven mostly by greed.
