Going into NuVision I didn't know what to expect since I had a bad experience with a big bank plus I had never done anything like this before. Nuvision really went above and beyond for us. We got in contact with Julian regarding refinancing our car. Not only did he get us a lower interest rate, lower monthly payments (saving us hundreds a year) but they are giving us an extra 3 months before the payments start up! The whole process was straight forward, and well explained. Such a great experience. Was able to get my car refinanced with ease. Thanks to a gentleman there named Irvin. I'm big on time/connivence. This was my first time refinancing a car and normally my experiences with banks are such a hassle, back and forth with paper work. Thousand questions. I was not in the mood. Very slow service on the customer service phone line. The queue for an agent to help you most times is over 30 minutes to 90 minutes. This has been a problem since the pandemic. Fix this! Hire more people!! Employees, however, are great however if you can get one on the line eventually. Very professional and well trained. The waits on the phone are ridiculous and are very irritating and ruin the experience in dealing with the bank. read more

They do a fine job with my checking and savings account (yes I still write checks,but only about 5/month). The problem is with their credit cards. They use a 3rd party which is based in the Phillipines yes you read that correctly. One CC that was about 8 or10 years old had an interest rate of 7.9% and the other had a variable rate of 12% max. Once the fraud started signs pointed to an inside job. Thinking they might get better results as to the disposition of the fraud investigation I went to someone in the branch. He was passed around from person to person like a bowl of Chex mix at a new year's eve party. Time to bite the bullet and pay today's crazy interest rate. I strongly suggest moving away from any credit you have with them. read more

Where are these good reviews coming from? I took my savings out awhile ago because they don't offer particularly good product anymore and their customer service is non existent. I recently sold my home and my brother recently paid off his home. NuVision refuses to respond to the escrow company for my loan to provide pay off information so I can close my sale. The escrow company is so frustrated they asked me if I could do something. My brother paid off his home loan in full only to find they used the large check he sent, paid off the next months payment and put the rest in a mysterious account and keeps charging him interest on a loan he paid off. Mortgages are handled by one division and the HELOC by another and you cannot speak to a human. Faxes go unanswered, you will get hung up on dozens of times. The whole place is gone to S*!). I have been a member since the 80's but one this is settled I will never have anything to do with them again. read more
