    Alex Hernandez has the worst costumer service skills!!!

    ALEX HERNANDEZ .... He is seriously the worst at his job!!! Chase has been very disappointing lately. They cancelled my card because of security reasons (which I understand); however they never notified me. I went out for lunch and my card got declined, it was so embarrassing. I should have received a phone call, email, or text informing me that the card had been compromised. That way I would have known to get a new card at a branch. So today after my card was declined during lunch I walked into this branch location and Alex Hernandez attended me. I explained the situation to Alex. Instead of helping me he was defensive, rude, and careless. He started arguing back with me. He disregarded my embarrassment feelings and said they were irrelevant. "That in today's society if your card gets declined that doesn't mean you don't have funds in your account." He was not understanding that it's more then embarrassment, its my lively hood. I don't carry cash because I count on my cards. Since I wasn't making a breakthrough my wife stepped in and explained the inconvenience of the situation. My card was declined. It's inconvenient to have to get up, find an ATM somewhere in the city, and withdraw money to return to the restaurant and pay the bill. And that is assuming the restaurant would even trust us to leave the premises without paying to get money so that we can pay. It's a complicated situation Alex Hernandez could not understand. The bottom line is that all of this could have been avoided if the bank would have communicated with me. I should have received a notice that my card was going to be cancelled. I expected Alex Hernandez to be apologetic and fix the situation by issuing me a new card. He could have explained to me why I did not receive a notice etc. Instead he talked down on my wife and I. He treated us like we were young stupid kids that did not understand. He then asked us if we even have another account with another branch (that is irrelevant). I was so upset with the costumer service provided. I cancelled my account. Alex was more then willing to close my account so that he did not have to deal with me. He closed my account without informing me of the process, how I could get bank statements etc. When I asked for my bank statements he wanted to charge me $6 for them. I asked if he could waive the price given the situation. (It's not about the $6, it's the principle) Alex responded with an attitude that he could not. I had to reopen my account so that I can print my bank statements at home. After I finish printing my statements I will be closing my account. Chase needs better costumer service.

    ATM is only available 8 AM - 5 PM Monday through Friday, closed on the weekends. Not convenient at all.

    Bank is good but security guard was clipping his finger nails at the front door. Not only unprofessional and gross but unsafe for customers.

    30 dollar charge to stop a month to month recurring payment and on top of that no banker approached me until 10 mins later not busy at all

    In a great location downtown. Stays open a little later on Saturdays compared to other banks. Never busy, never a line for the ATM

I've passed by this branch many times but would rarely go inside to see the teller, instead opting to use the scan to get into the door for the ATM. Having had good experiences at my SchoolFirst Branch in Huntington Beach and Fountain Valley, I knew this branch was not the exception. MARTIN, the teller 3290, warmly greeted me as I walked in, having no other patrons in front of me. Martin has the unique ability of asking how your day was, as he quietly carries out the transaction. His charismatic nature in holding a conversation and actually being genuinely excited in my life made me smile. I can tell when people are genuine and Martin was one of the best and should appropriately be commended. He made me feel better walking out of the branch than walking in! I don't know who trains these tellers but they are top-notched. After experiencing the horrendous experience of another bank that include stagecoaches on behalf of my dad, this is the exact opposite! As an educator, I feel like my time here is well spent.

    My name is Eugene correa I walked in to deposit 4,400 on 6-7-2024 I had a previous injury (almost…read moresurgery) done on my leg shin area when the teller there, simply forgot to give me back by ID card. As I left and came back 10 minutes after closed hours since I realized I didn't have my ID I was let inside by the teller as I signaled with my hands my missing ID license she kept by accident. As she made the request to let me in I had another teller try to trip me, she kicked/put her foot infront of my ankles so I fall or get hurt. There is no other reason what that was to be ever done in costumer service specially when your not security guard. This by far is the worse experience I had and disrespect keep in mind I had just finished with a big event and world title win in Long Beach. I made the complaint and nothing was done by Amy part of the executive team, to redress or fix anything. I walked in recently because I had to do a money order and this employee was still there, she didn't even bother to say sorry about last time. (I had to be the one that brought up the situation) very uncomfortable hostile environment that if feels like these people don't deserve clients I was there and have been with Wellsfargo over 14 years now. Leticia Avalos did nothing help or follow back up with me like she said, it's sad people don't keep their word or do anything to make up for their wrong beings. I will take this further I got doctors X-rays of my damage shin unfortunately these people don't know the damage or what costumers deal with on the daily.
