I was desperate and worried because I needed to make sure my house would be secure because I had to go to work the next day, but being that it was the evening of Halloween, I was worried nobody would be available to fix it at all. I contacted Yael about it and he was quick to respond and he came out that evening to work on my lock. Apparently there was too much damage inside the lock so it needed to be replaced and my door frame had issues as well. He was able to do a temporary fix so that it could give me time to purchase a new lock, yet keep my house secure. Yael came back a few days later after I chose the lock I wanted and installed it for me. He gave me very good explanations about why it got damaged in the first place and even fixed my inner door frame to ensure this wouldn't happen again. I reached out multiple times by phone and message and received absolutely no response. I was completely ignored. The only time he finally replied was after I told him I would report him to the Better Business Bureau, update my review, and file a small claims court case. Instead of taking responsibility or making it right, he then said he could come "take a look" -- for MORE money. That's unacceptable. Why would I pay additional money when YOU sold me a defective product in the first place? Either it was used or faulty, but it definitely was not new like I was told. Expecting me to spend more to fix your mistake is ridiculous. I am extremely disappointed with how unprofessional this business owner is and how poorly I was treated. There was no accountability, no customer service, and no effort to resolve the issue fairly. He even tried to play the victim instead of owning his mistake. If you decide to use this business, make sure you get everything in writing and make him sign a contract. Otherwise, don't waste your time or money -- he does not stand behind his work or products. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere I did some research on this company and they have several reviews of their items such as key fobs not working them switching the price once they get there even as strong as them telling a man that they could come out Sunday when he's saying his child is locked in the car and it's an emergency and they're saying they'll be there in three days.
