I was left with no service provider. I called a couple of companies and they either couldn't provide service or the information given was really no help. I called Independent Energy and Sean-Daniel listened to the issue I was facing and provided excellent care. There were a lot of hoops to clear but Sean-Daniel guided me through the whole thing. Then to top it off just as the Tesla battery was finally ready for replacement, my inverter stopped working. Through our communication, I simply asked if that was also something they could help me with also. I simply had to provide some information and they took care of the rest. I was kind of left on my own with the previous company, but Sean-Daniel and Independent Energy really guided me through the replacement process and took care of me even though they were not the original installers.
