My treatment took awhile (not their fault at all--COVID-19 hit after I had started treatment, and during this time I was impacted by chronic migraines and other non-ortho dental work as well)--and Dr. Wong and his team were incredibly patient through it all. Second, once I did go to their office, I was impressed by how kind everyone was, the minimalistic and gentle vibe, and the personalized care they offered. I spent a long time talking to Dr. Cassidy and I appreciated that she didn't try to sell me on getting braces. Instead, she gave me excellent advice to deal with my ongoing TMJ pain and validated my decision to NOT get braces. She also recommended a new kind of floss and toothbrush. I've never been to a business where they were so patient focused instead of business focused. Though I won't be getting Invisalign, I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone who is interested!

One of the first things I noticed is how efficiently they run--they always start right on time, which is so rare and highly appreciated. The doctors are true perfectionists who settle for nothing less than flawless work. They took the time to ensure the results were exactly what I wanted, and the pricing was very reasonable for the exceptional quality of care provided. On top of that, the logistics are seamless; parking is completely covered and handled, taking all the stress out of the visit. As a fun bonus, the clinic is located in a beautiful building with a fantastic French bakery just upstairs. The efficiency of their process is unmatched. The turnaround time from my very first appointment to getting my final porcelain veneers took just a few weeks. If you are looking for top-tier cosmetic dental work, I cannot recommend them enough!

As an adult, the thought of getting braces was a bit of a turn off (I had never had them) but knew this was going to be the only way to solve the pain I was experiencing. After my initial consultation, I actually decided to get a second opinion (from a highly rated office found on Yelp) as I wanted to ensure the treatment options being recommended and price made sense. Northcut was by FAR the superior choice. In fact, I felt like I hit the jackpot. From treatment schedule and plan, overall cost, the staff - I could not have picked a better place. They always run on schedule, everyone in the office is professional and very friendly, parking is easy and free but most importantly, they care. Dr. Winkler is great at what he does and really takes the time to get it right. I cannot recommend this office enough! Quick side note: I had some orthodontic benefits through my insurance. Northcut submitted the claim for me in a timely manner and I received reimbursement for some of the cost within just a few weeks of starting treatment. Not all offices will take the time to submit claims on a patient's behalf, let alone actually follow through when they say they will.

Northcut is top notch, from Drs "Wink & Fink" to sweet Andrea at the front desk, to Alicia in financing, to all of the fabulous assistants. The Bellevue clinic (I'll leave unnamed) was so unprofessional...my kids would complain that once they were whisked to the back each time, "none of the girls know what they are doing and have to ask each other for help." The "girls" referred to a bevy of beautiful young ladies the orthodontist employed...the doctor himself was rarely around. My kids would lose brackets constantly, and that ortho would say that they must've eaten something they shouldn't have (sticky/hard food) even though they'd insist that they had not. Fast forward to Northcut: 20 months of (2nd set) orthodontia for my daughter without a single issue. Not one lost bracket. My older son got his THIRD set of braces (because the first two sets in Bellevue still left him with bite problems) with Northcut, and he is also loving the professionalism. We are so pleased! Thank you so much for a great experience.

I can definitely understand why he was highly recommended by my dentist. Appointments were easy to make and the office was really helpful about answering any questions I had. There's great art up and good tunes at both locations. I mention this because I attended a couple ortho consults where the offices made me feel like I was older than their average client. They managed to make both their offices feel both family friendly and yet approachable for people in their 30s like me. Peralta resisted & refused to remove them for 6 more months. Now they need 15 more fillings. When I reached out to Peralta to see if he had anything to say in regards to the fact that his "services" have left my child's teeth in worse shape than before, he refused to accept any responsibility for his part in this failure. I have only been to the Interbay/Elliott area office, but it was definitely a beautiful and well set up space. Everything is sleek, suave, and modern. At every step of the way, L&V was efficient, friendly, and accurate. Checking in at every appointment was a breeze, and I was always seen on time (that's a huge pet peeve of mine: when doctor's offices always see you much later than your appointment time). During my appointments, the orthodontic assistants were well-trained and accurate in describing certain procedures being performed on my teeth at the time of the appointment. While I was never seen by Dr. Vaughn, I can say that Dr. Leone and Dr. Davis were excellent. I never felt nervous or worried about what they were going to do my teeth when it came to adjusting brackets or making cuts between my teeth to allow them to compact more. After each appointment, I met with a receptionist to confirm my next appointment. One little thing I really appreciated about this was the slip they printed for me that detailed my next appointment, including about how long the appointment would last. I cannot thank Leone & Vaughn, Dr. Davis, and all of their orthodontic assistants enough for improving the longevity of my teeth. If you need braces or just want to get a consultation, check L&V out.
