I love it that I didn't need to look for street parking, they have their own private lot. Bathroom has a combination, and only 2 stalls but that wasn't a problem. I say legendary as I was seriously perplexed in all the positive analysis developed just from quick, focused, and efficient $$$ Jodie was able to jot down and calculate. Although I already have a house, I really feel like just a peon on this chess board of life. Thats why I do not see it anywhere close to the end of my story. I am currently 33 and genuinely not a subject matter expert in anything with mortgage, Jodie was able to translate my sloppy knowledge about mortgage processes and flip it into something I can easily understand. Likewise, she also provided me with not only one view, but actually a few different visions, but again this time with the realistic and workable matching information to my actual life/scenario rather than the poor information I sourced just from google ‍. There was so much delays due to the amount of people trying to refi and buy homes in this house frenzy Hawaii is having. I was very upset at a point in time but it was from the other end of our HELOC transaction. Lauren was very good at making feel at ease. I was going to not continue due to the delay but like the saying goes, high risk high reward. What I was originally going to do was do a refinance on my condo but what happened was that I could get a lower rate and pay less fees at closing if I went with the HELOC route. I would also get to pay off my mortgage balance and SAVE a ton of money on interest! And then retaliate charging for normal wear and tear of a house falling apart. We have pictures too. Shameful No damage was done on the property, as stated on the invoice this is normal wear and tear. Also this is a two unit property shared garage cans. With another tenant who also used the garbage cans, where we even helped our senior lower unit tenant dump her garbage the day we moved out, And when we moved in the cans were full and we had to request it to be removed. We have emails showing the cans were full and removed with rental company. Returning property as it was found, no damage done to the property. Normal wear and tear on the invoice and some are not even real. Duck tape so rodents don't go in the house.. wear and tear! And all health issues gone since moving out Security deposit can not be deducted for no damage and just wear and tear, as seen on invoice to the property. The towel bar was like 40 years old! Sean and Cathy can kick rocks with slippers on. Extremely unprofessional and unethical.
