Despite this, they withheld most my security deposit and tried to charge me for furniture that was never even provided in the unit. This wasn't an isolated incident of poor service -- I had requested replacement curtains after mine fell apart, and it took the agency over a year to follow through. Communication was consistently unresponsive and unprofessional throughout my tenancy. What makes this worse is that I now own a rental property myself. Having seen how this company treats tenants, I would never use them -- not as a renter, and not as an owner looking for a property management company. They seem far more interested in squeezing every dollar from deposits than treating good tenants fairly. If you're considering renting from this agency, think twice. And if you're a property owner considering hiring them to manage your property, look elsewhere.

Well, if you look at the surrounding area in Oahu, you will not find the kind of square footage and cleanliness you see here for the price to pay anywhere nearby. You get a garage, playgrounds, pool access, and clean streets for 2/3rds of what you'd pay for that anywhere else on the island close to civilization. Are there issues? Yes. But also, the staff will do everything in their power to help you if you're a good, respectful tenant. Pay you utilities, be kind to the maintenance workers, and follow protocol when it comes to reporting issues and you'll be golden.

At the beginning, her service was satisfactory, which led me to place a great deal of trust in her. However, when the condo was returned to me, it appeared clean only at a glance. Upon closer inspection of the stove, washer, dryer, shower walls, and toilet, I found that the unit did not meet the level of cleanliness expected from a professional service or what would be appropriate for a new tenant. On April 17, 2026, I and Hedi met at the unit. She had already entered before I arrived. After a brief walkthrough, we spent most time to discussed the April rent payment, which I had still not received from her company at that time. Although she spent considerable time explaining the delay, the overall experience with her service has been disappointing. As a result, I had to spend the entire weekend cleaning the unit myself. I documented some of the issues with photos and videos, including the dirty stove and sand and dust under the couch. Unfortunately, some images of other areas (such as the shower walls, washing machine, dryer, and toilet) were not saved. I will be contacting her company's broker to seek resolution. If the matter is not addressed appropriately, I will consider filing a complaint with the relevant licensing authority. I regret that this situation has caused significant frustration.
