Do NOT order from this flower shop!!! We just received the delivery Mother's Day flower yesterday via 1-800-flower and the quality of their flower is very disappointing. The flower arrived fully opened with some show a sign of wilting. I contacted 1-800-flower right away and they said they can only credit 50% of the amount paid if is is because of the quality issue. They guarantee 7 day freshness guarantee but I can guarantee you the condition of the flower upon arrival will not survive in 7 days. This florist really needs to commit to their quality of flowers if they want businesses. I CANNOT RECOMMEND CATHY AND ANDRES ENOUGH!!! When we originally set out to plan our wedding we were thinking of doing our own flowers, but I quickly realized that would be too hard for me. We had a pretty strict and limited budget, and I approached Cathy with what I needed (a lot of stuff) and my budget (which was not a lot). She and I talked extensively and she was able to provide everything we wanted for just above our stated budget. She did such an amazing job at the wedding and her flowers were beautiful. What is more, we actually had two ceremonies (a Hindu and traditional) and she provided flowers for both, but was accommodating and budget-conscious by using the same arrangements but swapping out colors. But, even beyond just being an exceptional florist, Cathy truly cares about her clients and their weddings. We hired a wedding coordinator who was not what she held herself out to be. She REALLY dropped the ball and was making mistakes, being unprepared, and generally refusing to do what we hired her to. But Cathy stepped in and stepped up tp make sure that we got the wedding of our dreams. She set up our decorations, she transported our wedding items from site to site. She checked in with vendors and coordinated them. She stayed at each venue ALL day both days and made sure that everything was perfect for us. Cathy really was the MVP of our wedding and if you hire her you will be able to have 100% confidence in her! read more

I wanted to make sure that Andre and Pacific Floral knew how much I appreciate the phone call that they made to me tonight. I had ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday from an online company who guaranteed delivery before 5:00 p.m. to my daughter's office. The online company even charged me extra for the same day delivery! When I realized that my daughter hadn't gotten the flowers, I called the online company and after two horrible customer service agents and an eternity on hold, they confirmed that the flowers weren't delivered until 5:24 p.m. ... well after my daughter had gone for the day. They offered me a 10% coupon for a future order. Ha! Future order. That's a good one. It wasn't more than a few minutes later that Andre, the owner at Pacific Floral, the local company who got the order from large-crappy-online flower service, called to tell me how sorry he was that he wasn't told that the flowers had to get there by 5. He offered to send more flowers ... do anything else to make it right ... he literally bent over backwards to make sure that my daughter was happy. Up until now I have relied on online floral delivery companies, but from now on, Pacific Floral will be my go-to. That one phone call made all the difference in the world. I ordered a floral arrangement to be delivered on Saturday and got confirmation that it would be. Then late that day I get an email saying they tried calling me and texting me, which they did not. I call the number and it's been disconnected, call the number for the designer that supposedly tried calling me and texting me and have left 2 messages and have not been called back. Extremely dissatisfied. Trying to cancel the order because I now don't want the arrangement delivered no one will be there to receive. Have had to call my credit card company and file a dispute. We had a miscommunication over the color of a corsage my son ordered for winter formal. I picked it up (and was unaware of what color it was supposed to be), and when I got home my wife and son both told me I must have picked up the wrong one, as the roses were supposed to be pink. Pacific Floral designed the bridal party bouquets and floral arrangements for our daughter's wedding, and we couldn't have been more pleased. The bridal bouquet was traditional with a contemporary flair -- a colorful mix of roses, gerberas, orchids and succulents. The attendants' bouquets and boutonnières were perfect -- utilizing gerberas for the bridesmaids and succulents for the groom and ushers. The arrangements at the ceremony site were designed with flexibility in mind and provided elegant simplicity on the serving tables with both height and color. Compliments came from guests as well as the caterer. Likewise, the table arrangements were lovely. Pacific Floral is a small, local business, and my daughter and I had admired their work at a number of events we had attended over the years.
