I ordered the Deluxe Money Bouquet for my daughter's highschool graduation. I am so happy with the outcome! The bouquet looks exactly like the picture online. I received SO many compliments from people at the graduation. I loved how they put butterflies in the bouquet to really dress it up. 10/10 recommend!
Having used Flower Gallery once before I recently placed an online order for flowers the night before to be delivered the next day for a loved one's birthday . I find that they have many beautiful selections to choose from and the online arrangements pictured are gorgeous and lots of options . They were delivered promptly the next morning and I my loved one was so happy with how fresh and stunningly beautiful they were and the size of arrangement , I chose the Aurelia . I will continue to exclusively use Flower Gallery because they are reliable and their artistry is amazing !
I came in last minute for multiple flower display for a funeral and they did a wonderful job and had it ready by 9am the next morning. They were flowers for a table that surrounded pics of my sister

I ordered a Christmas festive bouquet to be delivered to a hotel for an out of town visitor and it not only arrived on time but is exactly or even better than the picture on the website! They waived shipping charges over a certain purchase amount. I am a very happy customer.
This was by far the easiest experience I've had getting flowers, especially the weekend before Valentine's Day! I called them to confirm they'd be able to prepare the batch today, asked a question about a specific arrangement I was admiring on their website, then ordered online and got an email a few hours later saying it was ready for pickup. For the price, this was an INCREDIBLE arrangement. The ladies there are sweet and friendly -- everything exceeded my expectations. Never going to 1-800-Flowers again.
Fell apart the minute I looked at the flowers. Don't understand how someone can give flowers that are practically dead.
I was in need of an arrangement for my friends birthday the next day. I found the closest one to her home and it was this Flower Gallery shop. I called and the owner was very helpful. He asked what I needed and when and he was able to make a custom arrangement for my friend. Ali communicated throughout and confirmed delivery and he was professional and nice. Even though I'm not from the area-I'm in Orange County- I was please that I was taken care of and my friend was able to get her flowers delivered a day early for her birthday. Look how beautiful the arrangement is as her favorite color is purple. Thanks Team !
I was driving by and popped in to Flower Gallery about ordering a spray for a funeral. He showed me a book plus some photos on his phone of recent ones he did. The arrangement was beautiful and so elegant. He went beyond my expectations. So glad I chose Flower Gallery.
I placed a online order for a Birthday arrangement It was delivered on the day of birthday in timely fashion . Our daughter was very surprised and loved her beautiful flowers , they were very colorful and the arrangement in the vase was a great variety and stuffed with flowers overflowing ! The specific flowers (African violets) I wanted were not available on the day I wanted to send them, so he called me right away to let me know. We ended up arranging for delivery the next day so that he could get the flowers I wanted. The arrangement looked so beautiful and artistic and the recipient loved it! Highly recommend!
My husband has been buying me flowers from here for many years, since we started dating. Most have been very beautiful and I especially liked my graduation bouquet he got me a few weeks ago, which had large beautiful peonies in addition to roses and other flowers. I called yesterday to order a bouquet of peonies for pick up today for my moms birthday. In all honesty, I should've just gone to Trader Joe's because theirs are sooo beautiful and so much more affordable but I thought my mom would appreciate the special touch from a florist. Let me tell you, I understand peonies are "expensive" flowers but for $55 I expected more. All he gave me were 6 pathetic stems without anything else added. I asked for some filler and he got offended as if I was insulting him. He kept saying peonies are high class flowers and everyone knows they are expensive and nice. Whatever. I just paid and left. They started opening almost right away and they're the most pathetic peonies I've ever seen. Petals missing from all but one flower and you can tell they're just not fresh. My mom put them into a vase within 1 hour of me picking them up. Pics are attached. I'm just disappointed that they would sell these to a customer. I understand times are tough but this isn't the way to do business. We won't be coming back here.
I was absolutely & incredibly impressed with my over all experience. The bouquet was truly breathtaking. My sister ordered flowers for my neice, today is her graduation from Law School from Chapman University. The flowers were extremly important, as they represented how very proud the entire family was of her amazing accomplishment. When Nikki sent me a picture of the bouquet, I just could not believe how BEAUTIFUL it was, the best arrangement I've ever seen. Thank you, Flower Gallery on this special day and for making it better for being part of it! You're an amazing Flower Gallery:-).
Needed a delivery service in South Pas for some flowers for my sisters birthday. I found them on yahoo and placed my order. They let me choose the colors, size, and look of it over the phone for a price I could afford. I also paid over the phone and it was all so simple.... Now the real test...seeing the arrangement when its delivered. I know my sis will text me a pic when she gets it so I will update this post as soon as she does to update you all in quality Update....the flowers were fresh and beautiful...smaller then I expected but great quality.

Needed a delivery service in South Pas for some flowers for my sisters birthday. I found them on yahoo and placed my order. They let me choose the colors, size, and look of it over the phone for a price I could afford. I also paid over the phone and it was all so simple.... Now the real test...seeing the arrangement when its delivered. I know my sis will text me a pic when she gets it so I will update this post as soon as she does to update you all in quality Update....the flowers were fresh and beautiful...smaller then I expected but great quality. read more

i needed some last minute flowers so i stopped by flower gallery - it was on super short notice but the lady there was so nice and helped me make a small bouquet for my mom even though she was busy :) will definitely be coming back again!! read more

Not very pleased, these flowers were delivered to me at work. The long drive home was difficult since the vase wasn't placed in a box which I've had other Flores do. The address clearly showed it wasn't a resident. I received these on Friday & this is what they looked like on Monday. I run my AC so it wasn't as if the flowers were in a heated area. One rose was cut too short that the stem didn't even make it into water. Unfortunately I'll have to tell my husband not to use this flores again read more

DO NOT order from here. You will regret it. I ordered flowers for a friend for her 45th birthday. The arrangement online looked beautifully perfect. Simple, serene, tasteful for a 45th birthday. The flowers delivered looked like they were for an old lady in the hospital. I was sick in bed for days out of it, and finally checked my email seeing I had an email from the Flower Gallery asking how I rate their service. I then realized I hadn't heard from my birthday friend. So I called to confirm the delivery was made. The owner who speaks very broken English, was rude because he was frustrated and couldn't fully understand me. He said the driver left the flowers on the porch and he'd text me a photo of where they were left. So now it's a scavenger hunt for my $85 order. I've never had a flower delivery service leave flowers at someone's door especially when it's pouring down rain for 3 days and there are mudslides and flash flood warnings. Flowers are to be a hand-delivered item, and at the time of order it prompts for the recipients phone number in case they're needed to make contact for the delivery. That attempt call was never made to my friend. Secondly, my friend has two entrances into her house, so even more poor judgement on leaving an $85 flower arrangement in the rain without a recipient. Thirdly, the arrangement that was delivered was not what I ordered, photo attached. The flowers were found 3 days later. This company ruined a heartfelt surprise birthday gift. Once the moment is missed, it's gone done and over. Don't take that chance by using a company that had such poor judgement and took no pride in the meaning of the type of business they are running. read more
