Not this time, no fishing for the vein, no adjusting the needle every which way, he just put the tourniquet on and got it right the first time!! That's always been the most important part for me. Painless, my blood was drawn, a self adhesive bandage was wrapped on me, and I was out of there! I left with a little less blood, experiencing no pain at all, and I got to keep all my arm hair, not having to rip that God awful tape off that other places put on you is a bonus. Without being detailed i can tell you that Dr. Rezai evokes in an exemplary and down to earth manner relevant charachter traits that you might find essential in a good doctor patient relationship. Honesty, integrity, and concern for a patients own wishes and personal feelings, it seems to me are not trivial maters to Doctor Rezai or his dilligent well chosen team of associates. Even when the matter was serious and i brought my mother in, although, Doctor Rezai was not there at the time of that particular visit, it was not a great concern as i was highly impressed by the associate physician who was on duty. Dr. Rezai obviously is a man of who is understanding and skilled in discernment and it is reflected in his choice of asociates and office personnel Furthermore, i came to find out that others among my own close relatives also do use their services and were no less impressed than myself. For discussing medical issues or understanding test results regardless if they were originating from care at Rezai Health, i would not hesitate to consult with Dr. Mohammed Rezai or anyone part of his team. We were able to get in quickly within 30 minutes of calling the clinic! The clinic is NICE! Everything is brand new and so well designed. It's not your typical medical clinic that's plain walls and cold. There's beautiful artwork (I wish I had gotten a picture) and every room has a screen that will show you X-rays, etc. Dr. Rezai and his assistant were great. His assistant took our son's vitals (even with him squirming everywhere). Dr. Rezai came in shortly after and lo and behold, he had a double ear infection. Dr. Rezai called in a prescription and we were able to pick it up right after we left the clinic. We will definitely be back again next time we need to see a doctor!

I have been on Hold with the Scheduling department for 67 minutes...and this was after hanging up following a 45-minute wait earlier today! After hanging up, I called the front desk to complain. They said that they would be willing to schedule my appointment...but my file was SOMEHOW in possession of the Scheduling department so the front desk would not be able to schedule my appointment. They put me back into the queue for the Scheduling department, and it is now ONE HOUR AND THIRTEEN MINUTES since the front desk transferred me back to Scheduling. My referring physician says they have some high-tech equipment for the procedure I need, so I am constrained by 'golden handcuffs'. However, if you require a procedure that does not necessitate any high-tech equipment, I STRONGLY ADVISE you to look elsewhere. Don't avoid this dump based solely on my my experience...go by the experience of all the others who have given this JOKE the LOWEST POSSIBLE RATING!
