    Have had to reschedule a number of times because of info not on the website. The website functions fine to set appointments; the rest is outdated and much of it appears to be broken or badly coded. There's a phone number but it goes nowhere because they no longer take phone calls. There are no longer people at the front desk. Check ins are done with an electronic kiosk. There's a link on the website that says something like, "Click here to find out more about x and y". Next to it was a tiny i, the thing you click on to get more "information" about the link. It said, "This is the link you click on to get more information about x and y". I am not making this up. The second time I was there a girl, who was nice (but only because she personally happens to be nice and not because her job indicated to her that we need to be nice to the customer), mentioned that I could have my doctor fax the lab order. When I called my doctor they told me they don't bother faxing Quest bc Quest never gets their faxes... but they would try anyway. Sure enough, on the next visit they didn't have a fax from my doctor. The website, near as I can tell, does not say you must bring a physical copy of the lab order. It does not list an email address. There is however an email address written in messy handwriting on a piece of paper the size of a shirt tag that looks like it was fished out of the trash which is taped to the front desk that has an email address on it. Since not everyone in the universe has a smart phone (like the unhoused or people who need the money to buy fruits and vegetables or luddites); you get to go back home and email the lab order. Ah, but something else they don't proffer at the office or on the website; they don't keep emails for more than a day. So if you go to your scheduled appointment thinking you're golden because this time they have the lab order, it might go something like this: Tech that looks like a guy who was in juvie: "So do you have a lab order?" Me: "Ah, well last time I was here I learned I can send it to that email address, so it should be here." Tech that looks like a guy who was in juvie: "Well, I don't see it here... Was it sent today?" Me (wondering if he has hashish in his ears): "No, it was sent last time I was here...". Tech who looks like he steals cars on the side (getting snippy): "We don't keep emails for longer than a day..." Me (I look up at the ceiling - I most emphatically do not look angry or huff and puff or give him attitude, but I might look like I'm trying to conceal a nervous breakdown behind the most thoughtful facial expression I can muster): "Can I email it today, then?" Tech who looks like he has medical marijuana in his car: "Yeah you can do that." I then realize I didn't bother bringing my flip phone, which I have for reasons not worth getting into. Me (very apologetically, sorry for asking): "Oh, you wouldn't happen to have a phone around here I could use?" Tech tells me with his cake hole: "If it's fast enough (because the appointment can't go over ten minutes)". A moment passes. Me:(being very hat-in-hand apologetic in tone) "Would there be a phone around here I could use?" Tech: (speaking the way Darth Vader would speak if Darth Vader were a 23 year old guy who gets high and plays Magic The Gathering with exclusively male friends) "No. That would be your responsibility." Me: (not wanting to be trespassed from the property) "Well, we'll have better luck next time - see you then." Leave. Tech (picking his nose): "I've already forgotten you were here." Ok, that last line is made up. This is not written to hurt Quest or get some kind of revenge (necessarily). This is impossible. They don't have to care. The other kind of business is something like a department store where they go way the heck out of their way to be friendly to the point where you try to hide from the store associates wondering the aisles with infrared scanners to track you down and beg forgiveness if they've neglected you in anyway (TARGET)... or a hotel or a restaurant, places where bad customer experience hurts the bottom line - but not a super low price apartment complex or the government or a lab that draws blood. Their bottom line isn't affected by you. There's nothing anyone can do about that. It is what it is. I guess this review is just here to express sadness that we live in a world where people are only nice and helpful when they're required to be nice and helpful. So, bring a paper copy. Don't let the doctor email it to you. Or email it to them the day of the appointment (unless there's something else they didn't tell me). Lesson learned. Will be getting blood drawn at doctor's office, tho. They don't offer but when I ask they're fine with it (just have to fast before every visit just in case). Anyway, there 'tis. Thank you for your time.

    Wow!! Such a great experience they are very efficient fast and friendly it's my second time here, I drove all the way from Oxnard location cause the service is horrible there! Thank you Emely for the service! There is also a white young lady who was very friendly last time I came not sure what's her name!

    Unprofessional, disrespectful and uncaring for elderly care patients.

    Terrible experience with EMILY! 2 stars for this location, and I understand why. I would NOT recommend this location.

    Christina/Kristina, drew my 8-year-old daughters blood just now and she was fantastic. Very happy with this place.

    Quest Diagnostics is clean, has quick service, and very kind staff. My tests come back very timely as well.

Effectivley and caringly incorporating professionalism, comunication and dilligence within the scope of Reception, Patient, Nurse, Doctor are the reason i said we are fortunate to have a facility such as Zai Health, i have accompanied my elderly mother on numerous occasions to Zai Health among others. Without being detailed i can tell you that Dr. Rezai evokes in an exemplary and down to earth manner relevant charachter traits that you might find essential in a good doctor patient relationship. Honesty, integrity, and concern for a patients own wishes and personal feelings, it seems to me are not trivial maters to Doctor Rezai or his dilligent well chosen team of associates. Even when the matter was serious and i brought my mother in, although, Doctor Rezai was not there at the time of that particular visit, it was not a great concern as i was highly impressed by the associate physician who was on duty. Dr. Rezai obviously is a man of who is understanding and skilled in discernment and it is reflected in his choice of asociates and office personnel Furthermore, i came to find out that others among my own close relatives also do use their services and were no less impressed than myself. For discussing medical issues or understanding test results regardless if they were originating from care at Rezai Health, i would not hesitate to consult with Dr. Mohammed Rezai or anyone part of his team. I see great evidence of a tremendous asset to our thousand oaks comunity as i see Rezai Health being established. This review is an expression of my heartfelt appreciation for all at Rezai Health.

    We were so excited that Dr. Rezai opened his clinic! Our son wasn't feeling great and kept tugging…read moreat his ears so we decided to take him to see Dr. Rezai since his normal ped didn't have any availability. We were able to get in quickly within 30 minutes of calling the clinic! The clinic is NICE! Everything is brand new and so well designed. It's not your typical medical clinic that's plain walls and cold. There's beautiful artwork (I wish I had gotten a picture) and every room has a screen that will show you X-rays, etc. Dr. Rezai and his assistant were great. His assistant took our son's vitals (even with him squirming everywhere). Dr. Rezai came in shortly after and lo and behold, he had a double ear infection. Dr. Rezai called in a prescription and we were able to pick it up right after we left the clinic. We will definitely be back again next time we need to see a doctor!
