I originally tried making an appointment online, but it looks like…read morethere were no available appointments at any of the quest diagnostics till next Tuesday (5days away) so I booked the Tues appointment but still decided to take a chance show up early in the day today and see if could potentially be seen as walk-in to test my luck. As luck would have it I walked in, put my name in the kiosk as a walk in around 11:30ish and only 1 other walk in person was ahead of me with 10 scheduled appointments to which the "wait time" was potentially anywhere from 30-60 mins etc and that was an IF. I sat down in the waiting area and they called about 5 people in while waiting and I saw a few people come out as they did so. That took about maybe 20 mins? Then I was called, so not to bad I really only waited 30 mins MAX as a walk in this morning My technician was nice and straightforward but felt bad she seemed a bit rushed but understandable I'm sure she sees a new person every 5 mins. As someone who is DEATHLY afraid of needles and typically faints when blood is drawn she was extremely gentle with me and I barely felt anything. I'm actually shocked how easy it went for me, then we finished after 5-7 mins and had to do a urine sample and done. My only minor complaint is there is typically a box in the bathroom or dedicated box for urine samples away from the Public so it's more private and disclosure however it looks like even after you do the sample you may have to walk back into the testing room while another patient is getting there blood drawn to place is on the box in front of them. It's just alittle weird but none the less not a bad experience, will come again.

They take the walk in patients last but when they schedule like 5 appts every 10 min that gives no time for walk ins. I think they should book at least a little extra time for walk ins.

Lucky for me, I was there early and did not have to wait. Nonetheless, I am a veteran of blood draws and can tell you when someone takes the time to listen to the patient and when they're rushing through just to get it done. Effectivley and caringly incorporating professionalism, comunication and dilligence within the scope of Reception, Patient, Nurse, Doctor are the reason i said we are fortunate to have a facility such as Zai Health, i have accompanied my elderly mother on numerous occasions to Zai Health among others. Without being detailed i can tell you that Dr. Rezai evokes in an exemplary and down to earth manner relevant charachter traits that you might find essential in a good doctor patient relationship. Honesty, integrity, and concern for a patients own wishes and personal feelings, it seems to me are not trivial maters to Doctor Rezai or his dilligent well chosen team of associates. Even when the matter was serious and i brought my mother in, although, Doctor Rezai was not there at the time of that particular visit, it was not a great concern as i was highly impressed by the associate physician who was on duty. Dr. Rezai obviously is a man of who is understanding and skilled in discernment and it is reflected in his choice of asociates and office personnel Furthermore, i came to find out that others among my own close relatives also do use their services and were no less impressed than myself. For discussing medical issues or understanding test results regardless if they were originating from care at Rezai Health, i would not hesitate to consult with Dr. Mohammed Rezai or anyone part of his team. Our son wasn't feeling great and kept tugging…read moreat his ears so we decided to take him to see Dr. Rezai since his normal ped didn't have any availability. We were able to get in quickly within 30 minutes of calling the clinic! The clinic is NICE! Everything is brand new and so well designed. It's not your typical medical clinic that's plain walls and cold. There's beautiful artwork (I wish I had gotten a picture) and every room has a screen that will show you X-rays, etc. Dr. Rezai and his assistant were great. His assistant took our son's vitals (even with him squirming everywhere). Dr. Rezai came in shortly after and lo and behold, he had a double ear infection. Dr. Rezai called in a prescription and we were able to pick it up right after we left the clinic. We will definitely be back again next time we need to see a doctor!

They took me back after waiting less than a couple minutes, I warned the guy drawing my blood that I am a hard stick, having been poked many times in one sitting by many doctors and nurses. Not this time, no fishing for the vein, no adjusting the needle every which way, he just put the tourniquet on and got it right the first time!! That's always been the most important part for me. Painless, my blood was drawn, a self adhesive bandage was wrapped on me, and I was out of there! I left with a little less blood, experiencing no pain at all, and I got to keep all my arm hair, not having to rip that God awful tape off that other places put on you is a bonus. Very professional and accommodating.

Last week my son fractured his arm, and we had to visit Exer UC…read more The staff was so friendly and kind and they took their time while working with us. Our X ray technician Rob was very knowledgeable and made sure my son got the best care while we were there. He made my son feel comfortable and made sure my son understood how to properly care for his arm in between seeing the UC and Ortho. Dr Smith was very thorough in her check up on my son. She went through a mental list of questions to make sure she had a full understanding of the injury. I am thankful for this UC and the care they provided. Thank you.
