Once they took my blood they immediately brought another patient into room. No sanitation at all.

The thing is if you have to go in the morning before work or fasting and don't have an appt the wait is insane. I arrived 5 min before they even opened for the day and I waited an hour and 40 min. There are no appointments available before 9 AM for the next 2-3 weeks, and we were told we could come as a walk-in. However, even when there are no scheduled patients waiting, they do not call the walk-ins. We are left waiting for hours while several staff members are working. There is also a standby list, but it doesn't seem to be used. For a patient undergoing radiation who needs to fast, this is extremely frustrating and difficult. I hope Quest reviews this process and provides a better system for walk-in patients.

Effectivley and caringly incorporating professionalism, comunication and dilligence within the scope of Reception, Patient, Nurse, Doctor are the reason i said we are fortunate to have a facility such as Zai Health, i have accompanied my elderly mother on numerous occasions to Zai Health among others. Without being detailed i can tell you that Dr. Rezai evokes in an exemplary and down to earth manner relevant charachter traits that you might find essential in a good doctor patient relationship. Honesty, integrity, and concern for a patients own wishes and personal feelings, it seems to me are not trivial maters to Doctor Rezai or his dilligent well chosen team of associates. Even when the matter was serious and i brought my mother in, although, Doctor Rezai was not there at the time of that particular visit, it was not a great concern as i was highly impressed by the associate physician who was on duty. Dr. Rezai obviously is a man of who is understanding and skilled in discernment and it is reflected in his choice of asociates and office personnel Furthermore, i came to find out that others among my own close relatives also do use their services and were no less impressed than myself. For discussing medical issues or understanding test results regardless if they were originating from care at Rezai Health, i would not hesitate to consult with Dr. Mohammed Rezai or anyone part of his team. I see great evidence of a tremendous asset to our thousand oaks comunity as i see Rezai Health being established. This review is an expression of my heartfelt appreciation for all at Rezai Health.

We were able to get in quickly within 30 minutes of calling the clinic! The clinic is NICE! Everything is brand new and so well designed. There's beautiful artwork (I wish I had gotten a picture) and every room has a screen that will show you X-rays, etc. Dr. Rezai and his assistant were great. His assistant took our son's vitals (even with him squirming everywhere). Dr. Rezai came in shortly after and lo and behold, he had a double ear infection. Dr. Rezai called in a prescription and we were able to pick it up right after we left the clinic. We will definitely be back again next time we need to see a doctor!

I left with a little less blood, experiencing no pain at all, and I got to keep all my arm hair, not having to rip that God awful tape off that other places put on you is a bonus. She infrequently answers emails and then complains if you send too many. She took my blood the first visit where she brought in her new puppy. She paid more attention to the puppy than me and then charged me $300 for the visit. Okay. Hopefully she can fix my issue. The blood work came back. The report showed I had pre diabetes, lupus and some other horrible disease. She said I needed her to interpret the findings. Then she gave me 20 vitamins to purchase and take every day! I'm still having sugar issues and my eyes going wonky. OH!!!! And she charged me for a telephone visit to go over these results. Another $300!!! I took the report to my GP. I was so freaked out!!! He did blood work and I was fine. No diabeties no lupus. No other diseases. Fast forward 6 months. And my sugar is still messed up. My eyes are still wonky. Sent her an email asking why my sugar is still messed up. She didn't respond. Sent another email. She responded with an appointment. Sent back that time didn't work. Never heard back. In my opinion and experience, if you have medical issues, this doctor is not for you. If you need help and communication with your doctor. This is not the one. I have never had a hormone doctor charge me for tests and then another charge to review them!!! $600 later and a whole lot of stress because of her blood tests, I still have a sugar issue and my eyes are still going wonky! I'll find a new doctor. I'm not recommending this doctor at all.
