Made an appointment online and arrived a little early. Check in was easy and they took me on time. Technician was professional and friendly. In and out in less than 15 minutes. Plenty of open seating at the time I arrived. Only negative was it took several days to get an appointment at the time I needed,

I would have given a 5-star review if there was a 0-5 minutes wait, and honestly the wait was not that long at all! My appointment was at 12:10 I checked in at 12:07 I was called by 12:20ish I was out by 12:29 My phlebotomist was Gisel--she deserves 20 million stars!!! I've been dubbed a hard-stick by all whom encounter me. And I've been a little traumatized by blood draws because I've had experiences with people thinking I'm dramatic, and not believing I'm THAT much of hard-stick. Others have poked and prodded to the point of bruises left behind. Or they'll blindly poke hoping for the best. I've been passed on from person to person--the most I've had was THREE people try maximum pokes at one sitting. But Gisel was a doll! She didn't poke until she had a vein she was confident enough in. It was super quick and easy. She listened to me when I said I was hard-stick. She's the best I've ever had. Thank you, Gisel!

This is a heroic photo of myself giving the woman who drew my blood a thumbs down .

The most hilariously miserable person on earth just drew my blood. I didn't get her name, and that's fine, because in the 0.000000% chance she's was just in a "funky mood", I'd feel terrible about calling her out. Anyhoo, let's summarize. Lady: do you have an appointment? Me: Yes Lady: no you don't Me: yes, I do (shows her confirmation email on my phone) Lady: follow me *I sit down* Lady, staring at monitor: you didn't check in Me: yes I did Lady: you did it wrong Me: ok Lady: you didn't finish the check in process Me: ok Lady: who's your doctor Me: *i tell her* Lady: I don't see her name *shrugs and stands up* Me: oh yeah, the spelling is kind of- *I point to screen because at this point I see my doctor's name* Lady: *jumps back in chair and shoos my hand away, raises voice* ma'am! I see it. Sit down. Me: *was sitting down all along* Lady: *dramatically sighs and shakes head* Me: cool Lady: you owe $500 right now Me: what? That can't be right Lady: you do Me: can you check again? Lady: *rolls eyes, but checks again* Lady: ok you owe 50 dollars right now Me: *hands her my CC* "Let's hope it goes through! Lady: (nothing) Me: (nothing) Lady: *looks closely at my right arm* Me: oh, they usually they do my left arm because the- Lady: *literally unveils a syringe out of thin air and has needle in right arm in nanoseconds* Me: ok Lady: *wiggles needle around* your vein is weird Me: yeah, no one ever- Lady: *still wiggling needle* does this hurt? Me: no Lady: *continues wiggling, pulls out needle and grumbles something* Me: is that it? Lady: thank you Me: ok, are we done? Lady: *silent* Me: *tiptoes away to lobby* Grumpiest Lady in America: I'd you see this, hello! If that was your actual personality, you should probably quit and work at Time Warner Cable. Byeeee!! Update: as I was sitting in the lobby, Lady came out to check another patient in, and was equally as rude to her. The patient was like 88 years old and super friendly and sharp, but Lady went off on her, told her to use the QR code thing, patient was confused, and then Lady said patient needed to "fast first, anyway". Patient looked defeated and started to walk out and then I stood up like a psycho and walked up to patient and said very loudly "if the doctor told you that u don't have to fast, then you don't have to." Patient looked at Lady to check if true. Lady glared at me but then said "yes if he said that, she is right" and patient smiled politely and sat down to wait. As I walked out, I hollered to Lady (and entire waiting room ) "FYI you're the grumpiest person in America." She stopped talking to other patient and looked over her shoulder, and barked at me: "what?!" And I said "life is short, unless something bad just happened, you don't need to be so grumpy, it's a real doozy" and then I quickly left because it was quite awkward. I wish I had something cooler but it's ok. The end.

The other Quest lab in Simi Valley was unable to successfully draw blood after three attempts so I decided to try this office.

Not a bad experience at all. I originally tried making an appointment online, but it looks like…read morethere were no available appointments at any of the quest diagnostics till next Tuesday (5days away) so I booked the Tues appointment but still decided to take a chance show up early in the day today and see if could potentially be seen as walk-in to test my luck. As luck would have it I walked in, put my name in the kiosk as a walk in around 11:30ish and only 1 other walk in person was ahead of me with 10 scheduled appointments to which the "wait time" was potentially anywhere from 30-60 mins etc and that was an IF. I sat down in the waiting area and they called about 5 people in while waiting and I saw a few people come out as they did so. That took about maybe 20 mins? Then I was called, so not to bad I really only waited 30 mins MAX as a walk in this morning My technician was nice and straightforward but felt bad she seemed a bit rushed but understandable I'm sure she sees a new person every 5 mins. As someone who is DEATHLY afraid of needles and typically faints when blood is drawn she was extremely gentle with me and I barely felt anything. I'm actually shocked how easy it went for me, then we finished after 5-7 mins and had to do a urine sample and done. My only minor complaint is there is typically a box in the bathroom or dedicated box for urine samples away from the Public so it's more private and disclosure however it looks like even after you do the sample you may have to walk back into the testing room while another patient is getting there blood drawn to place is on the box in front of them. It's just alittle weird but none the less not a bad experience, will come again.

so I give 5 stars for the techs. The quest in TO can never get my vein the first time but this one…read morecan. The thing is if you have to go in the morning before work or fasting and don't have an appt the wait is insane. I arrived 5 min before they even opened for the day and I waited an hour and 40 min. They take the walk in patients last but when they schedule like 5 appts every 10 min that gives no time for walk ins. I think they should book at least a little extra time for walk ins.

Our X ray technician Rob was very knowledgeable and made sure my son got the best care while we were there. I was sent here for pre-op. From the moment she stepped into the room she started complaining about having to do pre-op checks and how it's her license on the line if something happens to me. She simply would not shut up about her problems. She then proceeded to do an unskilled check-up. No wonder she was worried. She even admitted that someone she approved for surgery died and that it wasn't her fault. I could go on for paragraphs. To top it off, she called me at home at 9pm on a Sunday to tell me she needed more medical history. She should be fired. Also, the facility is severely lacking in supplies. I needed an xray and they did NOT have any gowns at all. Just a middrift short paper cape for me to walk through the hallways in. I made them get me something else, which the poor staff kindly did, and I ended up in a plastic, full-length surgery gown that doctors wear. Ridiculous!!!

She infrequently answers emails and then complains if you send too many. She took my blood the first visit where she brought in her new puppy. She paid more attention to the puppy than me and then charged me $300 for the visit. Okay. Hopefully she can fix my issue. The blood work came back. The report showed I had pre diabetes, lupus and some other horrible disease. She said I needed her to interpret the findings. Then she gave me 20 vitamins to purchase and take every day! I'm still having sugar issues and my eyes going wonky. OH!!!! And she charged me for a telephone visit to go over these results. Another $300!!! I took the report to my GP. I was so freaked out!!! He did blood work and I was fine. No diabeties no lupus. No other diseases. Fast forward 6 months. And my sugar is still messed up. My eyes are still wonky. Sent her an email asking why my sugar is still messed up. She didn't respond. Sent another email. She responded with an appointment. Sent back that time didn't work. Never heard back. In my opinion and experience, if you have medical issues, this doctor is not for you. If you need help and communication with your doctor. This is not the one. I have never had a hormone doctor charge me for tests and then another charge to review them!!! $600 later and a whole lot of stress because of her blood tests, I still have a sugar issue and my eyes are still going wonky! I'll find a new doctor. I'm not recommending this doctor at all.
