They were able to get me in same day after work, which I appreciated so much. Much like many of the other reviews, I'm honestly hesitant to share how amazing this place is because I don't want it to get too crowded - but it's just too good not to. The doctor was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. The front desk team was so warm and welcoming, and the space itself is beautiful and calming. I took my husband here on Thanksgiving morning after weeks of him being on and off sick and refusing to get checked out. I finally brought him in because something just didn't seem right--his breathing was weird, and I honestly just thought we'd get some antibiotics and move on with our holiday. Thank GOD we went to Luxer. The entire team--doctors, nurses, front desk--was incredible. The practice is brand new, cute, clean, and genuinely friendly. We were blown away by how many tests and labs they were able to run on the spot in such a short amount of time. Everyone was so knowledgeable, patient, kind, and reassuring. They gave my husband a breathing treatment, ran blood tests, EKG, started a steroid IV, and took a chest X-ray with results... all within an hour and a half. And thank goodness they did--his oxygen and bloodwork were in dangerous ranges. What impressed me most is that they didn't just send us off to the ER. They called ahead, briefed the ER team, told us exactly where to go and who to see, and truly made an extremely scary situation so much more manageable. My husband was admitted to the hospital for three days. I am forever grateful for the staff at LuxER--there is a very real chance they saved his life. We are now lifelong patients. I had the absolute best experience here earlier today. I am very sick with Flu A and knew I needed IV fluids. I stopped here after another urgent care had about 10 people ahead of me, and to my surprise there was no wait at all. They brought me back into a room immediately. Dr. Beatty was extremely kind and thorough, he really went over my medical history which some doctors tend to brush off. They took blood, gave me IV fluids and a fever reducer, took a chest x-ray, and prescribed an anti-viral. Every staff member I dealt with today was so compassionate and kind. Best case scenario urgent care!! I would even come to Luxer urgent care over my regular doctor, with confidence. My Daughter came home from college for the holidays, specialized healthcare need. Nurse Lisa @ the front desk was so incredibly pleasant and welcoming, efficient, understood the problem and directed us to a specialist on staff doctor, Dr. Raven, recognized the problem a general MD might miss, treated my daughter's specific need, appropriate combo of Rx, picked up same day, with relief. Lisa called next day to make sure my daughter was feeling better, and had what she needed. Great follow up service, even! We came in as walk-ins, and were seen within 15 minutes. 10/10 would tell anyone who needs immediate care to come here - I am not someone who wants to see doctors or an ER any more than needed - but I have PCOS and spine issues - so I am not a stranger to when something feels WRONG . I swore I had an UTI, I wanted to put it off but my abdomen hurt and my primary could not see me for weeks and I was in PAIN. I called and Lisa very gracefully and kindly took my information down- even confirming my copay over the phone. The office is bright- clean - comfortable and everyone is so kind. Dr.Raven was great- he placed an IV port to take my blood- and gave me combo of meds- that helped me instantly. My room had a TV of fish playing and a charger- I sat back, finally getting some relief, and happily let them run my blood and urine. To my surprise this was looking like a kidney stone! Luckily Dr. Raven explained what to expect and next steps- they scheduled for me a CT in the coming days and management meds It's very rare I leave a doctors office feeling better than when I went in- but this was 100% the case here I am very grateful to the staff and awesome doctor who helped me while I was feeling pretty bad!! read more

I hesitate to write this review for selfish reasons; I don't want it to get too busy if we need to return! Image that you are in a Beverly Hills private physician office; but it's an Urgent Care! The waiting room is beautiful, thereby reducing the stress one normally has when emergency medical care. The staff is awesome, from the reception to physicians; most have worked (or still do) at local Emergency Departments. Three weeks ago, my wife had trouble breathing so we went to Luxer where X-rays showed multi focal pneumonia! Her oxygen level was down to 50% and the staff calmly called 911 resulting in a 2 week stay at Los Robles. I was told that the quick response by the staff saved Janet's life! Flash forward to yesterday. Janet was released from the hospital a week ago but was stricken with a severe gastritis attack. We tried Home Medics IV to try to get hydrated, but the nurse couldn't get a vein. We went back to Luxer where the staff immediately recognized her! They were able to get an IV started and an hour later, Janet felt well enough to come home. Thanks to the staff and Dr Beatty, who insisted that we return today if the symptoms returned. Top-of-the-line urgent care. The two ER doctors are very experienced. They were both ER doctors at Los Robles Hospital for many years and have extensive exposure to many different medical conditions. Dr. Raven and Dr. Beatty, the two ER doctors there, are very caring with a positive attitude. The best thing of all, compared to other urgent care facilities, you are never pawned off on a PA or nurse. You actually see a doctor every time! . The waiting time is usually very minimal. At other urgent cares, I have found that you are lucky if there is even a doctor in attendance. You are many times pawned off on a P.A, or nurse.. it is so wonderful to have your needs taken care of in minimal time rather than in the hospital ER for hours on end and then treated like a number. I would never want to go any other urgent care after the wonderful care my husband and I have received at Luxer Urgent Care. I felt like I was at an upscale spa instead of an urgent care. I am spoiled now and don't want to go anywhere else! The office is spotlessly clean and well kept, very nice waiting area, and they have thought of everything: phone chargers in the waiting room, scented diffusers in the rooms, a well stocked coffee / snack bar too. Dr. Matt put me at ease and was very friendly. The staff was incredibly efficient and helpful too. They told me they also offer primary care and bloodwork/labs. I was on my way to another urgent care that I've gone to when my wife said, "There's an urgent care right there." We immediately turned into the parking lot and are so glad that we did. The facility is lovely: best doctor's office I've ever seen. I received excellent care from the front gal who greeted me and checked me in. Then she took me to a waiting room where she checked my vital signs and took a medical history. Minutes later, Dr. Matt arrived, examined me, and assessed my situation. He explained the combination of medication needed and gave me my first round on the spot until my local pharmacy can fill my prescription. He and his team are friendly and efficient.
