    Attaching parts of the document I had to Electronically sign before they would release the inspection report to me.

    We purchased a home a couple months ago and hired PCI to come out and do our home inspection. They were in and out in less than 3 hours. They did not go on the roof. We hey used a drone and attached some blurry images to our report. They missed a TON of things (we ended up hiring a second inspection company to come out and they are the ones who found what PCI missed). They never communicated in regards to going over what was in the inspection report. They sent me an email to view the report and before I could do so, I had to sign something stating they weren't liable for anything they missed as well as other stuff. Never have I ever had to sign so for so many disclaimers before buying my other three homes. Their report said they requested my presence at the inspection but that was NEVER communicated with me. I have a hard time leaving negative reviews of businesses. Truly, I do. But I am just so shocked by the negligence from this company that I really had to pause and think about creating this review.

    Gable vent is just a large open hole to attic, no screening.  I wish this had been caught during our inspection.

    My recent experience with Team Kelli Lang Re/Max Gateway was awful. I have bought and sold eleven…read morequality homes in my life and have never experienced a more unprofessional transaction than the one I will describe below. I recently went into contract to purchase a high-end home that Team Kelli advertised on the MLS listing as being 4700 square feet. On the MLS listing the square footage was broken down as being 4200 square feet plus a 500 square foot room addition, totaling 4700 square feet. Sometime after we went into escrow my lender required us to purchase an appraisal. The appraiser determined the square footage to be 4100 - the same square footage that can easily be found at the Assessor's Office. My agent indicated to me Kelli Lang told him that the square footage figure was derived from the deceased owner's heir who did not live in the home. Because the heir was allegedly unfamiliar with the home, he checked boxes "Don't Know" on the disclosure forms, but his square footage estimate was taken as gospel. It seems, a prudent realtor would have verified the square footage figure provided in such a casual way, but that did not occur. IF WE HAD NOT BEEN REQUIRED TO OBTAIN AN APPRAISAL, WE WOULD HAVE PURCHASED A 4100 SQUARE FOOT THINKING IT WAS A 4700 SQUARE FOOT HOME. WE WOULD NOT HAVE KNOWN UNTIL WE ATTEMPTED TO RE-SELL THE HOME. When my realtor attempted to contact Kelli Lang, we were met by stall tactics. I left phone messages, email messages, and text messages for Re/Max officials I was told were technically Kelly Lang's brokers. Neither would call me or write back to me. You would think the seller and Re/Max would want to make things right, but what we got from them was take it or leave it. No apologies, no price reduction, no kick back to the buyer from the listing broker's sizable commission check to at least show a little contrition. Another upsetting misrepresentation from Team Kelli: verbal assurance to my agent all that all landscape lights and landscape irrigation components all operational, one-third of the lights were not, and there are many leaks in the landscape lines. We were not afforded a tour from the seller to explain how the various home systems operated, because the owner "did not live there" (but again, he was "qualified" to estimate the square footage). Team Kelli subsequently corrected the MLS listing by changing the square footage to 4100 square feet. For a variety of reasons including the lack of rentals, contract timing, and the lack of inventory, we ended up buying the home. End result: Kelli Lang RE/Max cashed a sizable commission check with no accountability and I am still looking for my missing 600 square feet. My advice to buyers dealing with Kelli Lange Re/Max is to not assume professional accuracy, verify all facts listed on the MLS Listing, and more importantly do not count on any sense of integrity or good faith.
