The hostess will ask if you want to be seated inside or outside. HK humidity is no joke. No way would I be able to sip a hot one outside. The AC inside is perfect even with the open entrance. The furniture has that old Chinese antique with lots of 80s tchotchkes. Here is what we ordered: - Longan Honey Latte (iced & hot) - Black Sugar Latte (hot) All of our drinks were excellent as was the service. Great place to relax and chit chat with your friends. Restroom is available in the back.

Halfway was our occasional morning base, with solid Western breakfast fare: scrambled eggs on sourdough or avocado toast with smoked salmon and a solid latte and matcha latte. The artful plating stands out, with food and drinks served on vibrant enamelled porcelain with intricate designs. That said, breakfast here veers towards the more basic: scrambled eggs on toast with a side salad and nicely plated pink mayonnaise. The sourdough bread was a good multigrain, but overall a surprisingly standard rendition of a breakfast open sandwich. In all, a nice spot with friendly service, a modern setting, good atmosphere and solid a-okay cafe fare that is beautifully plated.

Only a stone's throw away from the Olympia Station, this place is so small that it's easy to miss. For folks looking for a quiet place to chat or some caffeine with a side of WiFi, this place fits the bill. Bear in mind, The Brew Job is no Starbucks. There is no indie music or up and coming artists playing in the background, or a fancy gift card for future purposes. The layout is narrow with super small tables and an even smaller tiny counter. Conversations are bound to be overheard, the smell of the coffee will permeate the room, and patrons are typically in and out constantly. Thankfully the staff is both efficient and friendly. It's a cash only operation, but it's nice knowing they also take Octopus cards. While the cappuccino and ice coffee are my go-tos (under $40), the real motivation for being here is their reasonably fast WiFI and solid, intimate meeting space. There is a parking garage across the street and some bicycle parking areas for commuters. Don't come here in a group of course, but for solo sipping and/or some intimate conversation, this is a quality neighborhood spot.

It is quite a small place and recommended to groups larger than 3 people. The espresso is quite mild and slightly sour with a tense of fruit aroma. I tried most of the bagels and ciabatta with salmon and pastrami. Breakfast takes some time as everything is prepared freshly. This is definitely a good place to slow down in a busy city and the place to go for people who appreciate third generation coffee.

Because it's on the 6th floor, it offers quite a relaxing arial scene. There are three rows of small coffee tables closely arranged together. It looks a bit tight, and you can't really walk in between rows with hitting the tables. I ordered an Irish coffee. I'm not a big fan of this Irish beverage, but just decided to try something unusual for a decent price HK$59 (=US$8). The coffee is quite flavorful (kind of between mild and bold), but the whisky part is definitely distinct, at least to someone that normally drinks regular coffee or latte. The servers are very friendly and courteous. Overall, I enjoyed the break there.

They also serve alcoholic coffee drinks. Their food is decent, but like everything else they serve, it's over priced. This store specifically is nice and spacious and never really over crowded. Next on my to-try list: the cappuccino brûlée, the masala spiced latte, and the white truffle chestnut latte. The wi-fi is free and strong, and this is an ideal spot for casual meetings if you don't mind a side of noise with your coffee.
