    Red curry noodles with shrimp
    Daisy Z.

This is not our usual location that we visit. Decided to try this location as it was closer to where we were. They had a few new menu items so I decided to try it. I had the red curry noodles with shrimp, tofu and broccoli. Our waiter said that it was spicy but unfortunately it wasn't at all. This dish disappointed me - the noodles were overcooked, the red curry was very watered down and had a tart taste. Not at all a Thai red curry. The shrimps were grilled and the tofu was silken. The broccoli seemed out of place in this dish. I did not finish my meal at all. Our waiter was really nice and offered me another entrees to try. Since we were running late, I declined and they didn't charge me for this. I really appreciate the customer service. We also had the salmon burger sandwich and chicken tenders which were both good.

Sadly the food went downhill here and the service to match. We got the luau bowl which was nasty, They literally dumped tons of this gross sticky salty sweet sauce over everything (pork, rice, vegetables) making the entire dish practically inedible. The calamari was ok but not exceptional. It was crispy but not served hot enough. We never saw the staff to provide feedback during the meal. They only came back to collect dishes and money.

Awesome food, reasonable prices, and great service - as usual. This pacific catch location is just as good as the other spots. Their food is consistently fresh and delicious and the kids thoroughly enjoy the kids menu food. I tried the chirashi meal for the first time and totally loved it. No matter what you pick here, you won't be disappointed. A favourite spot that we keep coming back to!

Visiting from out of town. For a place with amazing decor, not so busy, and in a pretty happening plaza, this place just didn't meet expectations. It's was just mid. Especially at that the price point. The food was decent. Flavor was ok, not great. But what did it in for me was the service or lack thereof. Again, it wasn't that busy but I had to wave down any waiter/waitress for everything: a drink refill, extra napkins, etc. I even had to call on a bus boy for wasabi. The staff were nor friendly or rude. Just plan meh. It just felt like it would've been a great place to dine. Maybe next time? Perhaps not, there are other places this plaza worth trying. Oh well.

I enjoyed the happy hour here. The decor is bright and airy. I got cocktails which were well made and flavorful. Tuna poke was good Service however was not great. Our waiter did not come by much and it was hard to either order or pay. They weren't even busy. We were one of few patrons inside for a good 30-45 mins

Been to their three locations, Cupertino's was my first and I liked both their food and service but Sunnyvale's my favorite. Came here recently for a happy hour, we ordered a couple HH items and a fish entrée with a lobster. Food was great, I loved everything we ordered especially seafood. Service was prompt and kind. The whole place was kinda empty unusual for a Friday HH. I felt the place's going down hill a bit and the vibe was not there. I enjoyed my pleasant experience and will return.

We came in for an early dinner with a group of six, and had a great experience. I'd been to their other location before, but this was my first time dining at this one, and it was just as enjoyable! Although the place was busy, we were seated right away since we had a reservation. The vibe is casual and comfortable, but you can dress up if you feel like it. The service was warm and attentive, and we really enjoyed our time there. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious with portions that hit the spot perfectly. We'll definitely be back soon!

Went to Pacific Catch for the Cinco de Mayo specials and was definitely more than happy about my choices. The pupu platter is delicious and full of different flavor with the different appetizers offered on the plate. It had everything I wanted to order in a nice cute set up. I also got the guava-rita and the taco platters - the Cinco de Mayo specials and they were as great as they always were. The sea bass tacos are delicious and the pineapple salsa adds so much flavor to the tacos.

Came here on a Saturday evening for a company dinner. We got plenty of different dishes and a few appetizers for sharing. Worth noting, the manila clam chowder wasn't exactly creamy, it was more soupy, and I hardly noticed any bacon or potato in the dish at all, so it didn't seem to reflect what was described on the menu. But it was still delicious. Definitely overpriced though, especially with the scarce ingredients and small portion size. In fact a lot of the starters we got were minimal in size for the price paid. The east coast lobster roll was such a treat, with warm butter and herb aioli, a unique and delicious combination, and it comes with a little container of warm clarified butter on the side for guests to pour over their sandwich (or dip) themselves. Now that's what i'm talkin bout... it was sooo gooood! The regular fries on the side were average, but I would easily return just for that lobster roll, one of the best I've ever had. The different fish dishes that our party ordered were quite tasty as well, and they offer a whole other menu to meet special dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, etc.), so they were able to accommodate and please everyone in our group. The staff was attentive and professional, providing exceptional service. And the setting was lovely but not too fancy, exactly how I like it.

Consistently good food and service here. Modern and comfortable vibe, a great place for a quick and casual lunch or dinner. Their happy hour menu has a good variety of offerings. Their pork sliders, guac a poke, tuna roll, fish and steak tacos, and brussels were all good. The west coast salmon bowl is another go-to dish.

Spicy Pacific and Guava-Rita are part of an extensive HH menu.

A good choice for gatherings, be it for brunch, dinner, or happy hour (3-6pm M-F is nice)! Menu items are on the fusion side - not a fan - but that is fine (nothing tried was unfavorable). Bar opens until midnight. Their entire service staff have been good as well! Patio seating is a plus on nice days or warm evenings. Inside, the multiple types of seating should match whatever party count you have and still feels spacious. Natural light from large windows was welcoming and the bright decor prevented darkness in the evening. Getting here is a trek, however, since it is not really close to any freeway. Worth a visit if already in the area. The place is in a shopping center so there's plenty of street or garage parking.

Omg the thai brussel sprouts were so goood!! I need to know the recipe! The poke platter was very yummy too! I like the ceviche. There was bits of pieces of shrimp mixed with the guac. Servers were very attentive. Even though it was aloha hour, it was still pretty busy during the week day hour.

This is a review for a Monday Happy Hour with my adult children in search of a new, fresh, healthy, and local restaurant to add to our dining rotation. I have to say that based on our experience here, we were surprised by the high Yelp 4 star ratings. Ambiance is definitely very clean, modern and open, but there was an almost vacant vibe (no energy or atmosphere). Service was polite, professional and oddly not friendly, but not dismissive or rude. Based on the Ambiance and Service, I would probably have given a 3 star rating, but the Food, while the presentation was great, the taste and preparation were average, at best, so I had to reduced to 2 stars. I've included a summary of the items we ordered below. Food items from the Happy Hour menu: - Calamari was tender with a light crispy batter, but so greasy that there were puddles of grease on the plate - Guaca-Poke had a great guacamole and the Original Ahi poke was fresh and well seasoned, but a skimpy portion - Coconut Shrimp was tasty and crisp with lots of shredded coconut, but slightly overcooked and tough - Poke & Ceviche Trio we ordered the Serrano Ahi Poke (too much mayo), Classic Yellowtail Ceviche (was fresh, but bland) and Baja Shrimp Ceviche (well seasoned, but too acidic) - Pupu platter ribs were sticky, sweet and good, but the Spicy Salmon Sushi Tacos were kind of fishy and the sriracha aioli was heavy on the mayo with a little sriracha that wasn't spicy.

We grabbed three burritos to go, two with adobo chicken and one with the Del Mar fish. Each one was packed generously and full of flavor. The chicken had a nice depth of seasoning, and the fish option felt fresh and well balanced. Portions were more than satisfying. I made a small customization request to shift the cheese from one burrito into mine, and they handled it without hesitation. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the food came out quickly. For the quality and size, the pricing felt reasonable. The setting lands comfortably between casual and slightly elevated. It is a step up from a typical taco shop, but still laid back and easygoing. There is seating both inside and outside, which is a nice option, though the patio sits near a somewhat busy street. Parking can require a bit of patience since it shares a strip mall lot with other businesses. Aside from that minor inconvenience, it is a dependable choice for a satisfying burrito, and I would happily come back again. Did I mention the staff have great stories?

Uniquely among the few places in this area I've tried that do have sopapillas, theirs are sometimes hollow so you can put the necessary honey (which comes with) inside. Sometimes. Some are hollow and some aren't. They come 8 to a plate, in the shape of pie slices, and they're quite crisp on the outside. It's pretty good, best of the breed locally, but I still miss the big pillowy ones from New Mexico. For the meal beforehand, I tried the special of corn chowder. This was very plain-tasting but reasonably hearty. Strange salsa bar. The salsas come with shallow wooden spoons with which it's impossible to get a decent quantity of any of the liquid salsas into the little paper cup.

They were generous with the tarter sauce and vinegar, which I appreciated, but I personally didn't love the taste of the tarter sauce. It had maybe carrots or something in it and I wish it were more tangy. It gets the job done but I might make my own next time. I also got a cup of clam chowder. It was tasty but being from SF I've had much better chowder elsewhere. I would skip this next time. The stand out here was the service I got from Javi. He took my phone order and was polite and courteous without "doing too much." He was the one to also ring me up and hand me my order and he was, again, chill but also super nice. He did a great job. It would be unfair to not share the low point of my experience, even though I hate putting people on blast. While I was picking up my order, there were two female employees standing behind Javi behind the register. One of the ladies was braiding the other ones hair. In food service it's really important not to touch your hair - you should be ready to work before you arrive, or head to the bathroom to take care of any grooming. In the moment I just tried to shrug it off but then the lady braiding the hair sprayed some kind of hair product to finish things off, and I later realized my food was sitting on the counter right next to them. It really disturbed me how they didn't see their behavior as inappropriate and it didn't bother them at all that I was being rung up while they were doing this. I'm a little torn about whether or not I would return. Again, the service from Javi was great and the fish and chips were definitely good - no complaints there. However I didn't love everything I got with my meal and I'm not sure how seriously they take cleanliness given the employees doing their hair in the front.
