This time I didn't even bother getting other quotes because I completely trusted them because they have been in Huntington Beach forever. We replaced the downstairs carpeting in the living room and dining room with waterproof vinyl that looks like wood and it is gorgeous. We also re-carpeted the upstairs bedrooms, stairs and hallway. This was a complex project where we had to remove a lot of existing mixed flooring, deal with leveling costs creatively and work around our family while we lived in the space. The crew was exceptional. When there was problems that required creative solutions they figured out how to stay on budget and made custom flooring adapters to cover specific spacing issues. All of the flooring and baseboard install was done incredibly well. I still see little details where I'm impressed at the level of craftmanship they applied to getting tight corners, hitting rounds and hard angles. We spent about 30K on the flooring after they up-charged us on concrete to level the floors because if we didn't then the warranty would not be in place. Within a year the flooring by my pantry started to come apart. We ignored it but after a while we found more flooring has come apart going into the living room and hallway. I finally called My Flooring Guy for help. They told me the warranty on their work only lasted a year. The 30 year warranty was by the manufacturer. However they would have someone call me to see if it was covered. No one called. I called again. This time they gave me an email address to send pictures of the problem. I did so but again no answer. These floors were supposed to last but apparently they don't and this company doesn't stand by their work. Do not go with this company or you will regret it. I will be having someone come out to try to fix my floors and will look into legal action if possible. So much money wasted. Thanks for nothing My Flooring Guy.

just had our carpet installed yesterday and we are in love with the results!…read more we went to their store in huntington beach (main/warner north east corner) and alberto showed us a few samples and one jumped out at us right away the next morning he personally came over to take measurements of our space and gave me a quote inline with the estimate he gave us in store we put a 50% deposit down and they ordered the carpet that same week; two installers came in the week after that and finished a little over 1000 sqft + stairs in a single day very professional, very fast (less than 2 weeks from order to completion) and very fair on price. thank you so much alberto to you and your team!
