Crab boil with mushrooms...delicious A+
Sharine d.

Ambiance is old dark bar. When we came in it looked deserted, except the bar area and some older local patrons were doing karaoke. My expectations weren't high. Thank goodness, I was patient and it was late. Then the food came.... EXCEPTIONAL!!!! Had the crab boil with mushrooms added. This turned out to be one of our best meals. The food is delicious, the place is clean & the prices were very reasonable. Thank you for an unexpected delicious meal. Warm regards, Sharine

I don't know what took us so long to get here. Every time we drive by we're like, "we gotta go there." It was well worth the wait. If you like a good Louisiana style seafood boil, you gotta get here! This place is amazing. They also have a lot of other great menu items including a great selection of poboys! Shout out to Maddy "Bubbles" and "Brut" the bartender!

Lobster tail special

Best seafood boil in town hands-down!!!! staff is amazing and the owner is pretty cool too. The prices are very good compared to other seafood boil places and the vibe is even better. Go check it out.

My cousin and I ordered the crab and mussels seafood boil with fried oysters and garlic noodles. It was decent. I mean, it wasn't the greatest to leave a lasting impression. The fried oysters were different; I don't think I've ever had fried oysters with that kind of batter.

Lobster Roll: great value, fries just okay (once piece of roll already eaten)

Based on low expectations given the area and exterior we ended up very pleasantly surprised. EXCELLENT - Garlic bread. Almost a requirement to mop up yummy sauce. - Clam Chowder: they add a delicious spice. Some thought it was too salty. VERY GOOD - Boils: clams, corn and broccoli - Garlic noodles and shrimp - Coleslaw - Portions GOOD - Service: A very sweet server. The lobster roll took a VERY long time, but the other items came out quickly. Requests for extra utensils went unanswered. - Value MEH - Fried potato wedges, not a fan of the seasoned salt - Drink selection (maybe I missed a seeing a bar or cocktail menu) - lobster roll: mayonnaise heavy, low quality taste. POOR - Wedge Salad: do not order. It's not the chunk of iceberg you're used to, the bacon tasted artificial, and the blue cheese dressing was horrible. Parking is easy. Very good service, from the bar next door too.

Lobster roll & fries

Brought friends here for seafood and they all enjoyed their food. I have now had the boil several times, and the lobster roll and fries several times and they're all good. Today we had an oyster special. The medium spice is enough for me but they also have spicy and extra spicy. They were open on Xmas so we walked a couple miles to watch MNF and eat. Mac & cheese was just ok but that is compared to everything else. Fave is still the lobster roll and fries. The roll is so good and the lobster perfectly cooked and seasoned. Fries are excellent. I've also had the boil with clams and mussels and it's been excellent too. Highly recommend this spot for people who like a good seafood boil or Boston style lobster roll. I haven't had the po boy yet so maybe next time.

We've gotten carry out from PB&L 6-8 times and it's always been a really good meal. We told our friends they needed to try them out. Sadly, we will not be returning. We got carryout again this evening and we opened the containers to put the jojos in the oven.....and I was grossed out by my meal. I hiked it down to PB&L and even the young server seemed to have a hard time identifying my meal. Now...instead of offering to remake my meal, the person who I assume is the owner came storming out of the kitchen telling me that everyone loves his catfish. His catfish is very good. Yes.....the catfish is all I've ever ordered and that's why we kept coming back...because the catfish WAS good. But this time, it looked so nasty and not anything like it had in the past. Had that person not come out of the kitchen with such a nasty attitude, I would not be writing this ...... but they lost our business.

We've been back to Pacific Boil MANY times in the last year. We are never disappointed with anything that we order here. Fantastic clam chowder and amazing lobster rolls for a quick lunch and the most delicious boils with lots of options to mix together. If you haven't been here you're missing out!

Seasons & Regions Seafood Grill is absolutely wonderful…read more They have a parking lot behind the restaurant for easy parking. I also saw a sign for an overflow lot. When we arrived, we were seated right away. Rachel, our server was ah-maz-ing! She made sure we had what we needed but was not overbearing and annoying. The food - perfectly seasoned, average sized portions, and lots of variety. Seasons has some of everything, not just seafood. We ordered a bunch of food and we loved it all - the traditional Caesar salad, a cup of smoked salmon chowder, crispy Brussel sprouts, Cajun calamari, Goosepoint fried oysters, and two orders of shrimp and crab cakes. We went out to celebrate and Seasons did not disappoint with a scoop of their homemade ice cream with caramel sauce and a candle. I usually buy store brand ice cream and had no clue what I've been missing until I tried Seasons homemade cookies and cream ice cream. I'm not big on sweets, but did finish it all. Seasons is clean, inviting, and has low lighting for an intimate dinner. I will definitely return for another visit!

Seasons & Regions Seafood Grill 6660 SW Capitol Hwy,…read morePortland, OR February 16, 2026 (Monday evening) For a neighborhood restaurant, this place was absolutely hopping -- packed on a Monday night, which is always a good sign. Despite the crowd, the service was excellent from start to finish and the food came out timely and hot. We ordered: * Tomato Basil Bisque Au Gratin -- $10.90 (outstanding) * Dungeness Crab & Spinach Risotto -- $48.00 (fresh, rich, and easily the highlight of the meal) * Maine Sea Scallop Cavatappi -- $42.00 * Cajun Calamari -- $14.90 * Tanqueray Dirty Gin Martini -- $13.00 * Key Lime Pie -- $9.00 * Two fountain sodas -- $7.00 The food across the board tasted fresh and well prepared. The tomato basil soup was incredible -- creamy, balanced, and comforting -- and the Dungeness crab with risotto was the standout dish of the night. The calamari (and okra) were just okay -- not bad, just nothing memorable compared to the rest. The only real knock was the cocktails. My dirty gin martini came in a very small glass, only filled about ¾ full, and the quality just didn't match the kitchen. For a seafood place doing everything else right, that was surprising. Total bill before tip: $144.80 Overall though, great neighborhood spot with excellent service and strong seafood. I'd definitely return and look forward to trying more dishes -- next time I might skip the cocktail and stick to wine or beer.

Not only was our waiter Gabe polite, friendly, and very personable, he made great conversation and recommendations since it was our first time! On top of that we had two other people approach us throughout our visit (I believe maybe it was the house manager and bar manager?) and they were also so fun and personable as well, they made us all feel so at home and like we were chatting with other friends but still made sure we were happy. They made note to put a special sparkler on my birthday dessert and also threw in a couple other little surprises to make the experience extra special! It was decorated for the holidays and the staff was even dressed festively making the vibe so fun! If you are looking for somewhere to go for a special occasion but still casual this is the place. The pricing was a little spendy at a glance but once you receive your food it is worth every penny, it was so tasty the portions were large and they had such a good variety of options on the menu with a fusion flare. Highly highly recommend, can't not say enough good things about out experience!! Thank you so much Kona Grill staff!!

Service - 4/5 Food - 0/5…read more This review is way past due, as my experience happened back in late July of 2025. But i'm going to do it anyways-- Some of my family members and I had just came in for lunch. We decided to sit inside since it was a lot cooler and pretty empty inside. Basically-- there were less than 5 tables being occupied inside, and all our food took an incredibly long time to come out after ordering. Some of us got some things off the lunch menu which included an appetizer. Some ordered the miso soup and since they did not have lemongrass clam chowder, i opted for the asian salad. When both apps came out, the miso soup color looked very displeasing. First off, it was green which isn't a normal miso paste color at all and just tasted like seaweed water. No flavor whatsoever. I got my asian salad which didn't look fresh at all after waiting more than 10 minutes for it already. On top of that, there was nothing asian about it, except the crumbs of raw instant ramen on top, which I felt was almost lightweight racist? There were so many different ways to make an asian salad for example, mandarin slices with wontons crisps, a sesame dressing etc. but it just felt like a prepackaged bag of salad that was also brown around the edges and they just sprinkled raw instant noodles crumbs on top to make it "asian". I deff felt some type of way about that, but I didn't bring it up at the end of the day because that's too much critique to do when we're just trying to have a meal.

This place is seriously tucked away in the corner of nowhere (well, right next to JoAnne Fabrics) but it's worth a trip if you need to stock up on your asian food and and seafood. They have about 3 big tanks of crab and lobster from what I saw last week. Being the end of the crab season it wasn't too bad a selection. All the critters looked alive and active - always a good sign. Now I'm used to going to Chinatown in Chicago/SF to get my live crab and that's a whole different kind of experience. You have to make your way past the live frogs, softshell turtles and other 'alternative' protien sources as you order up your clams and crustaceans but Daxing is a much more mainstream experience. No funky stuff...at least in the front where people can see. Looks like they're expanding too. They're just putting in some shelves and stocking up on grocery items so this should be a place where you can get most of your asian shopping done. The prices are cheap to reasonable. For the most part, everything here I found was cheaper than Uwajimaya. The produce secion is very small though. This place is a grocery store by the way - not a restaurant.
