The boat launch can be a very high stress and hectic area and all interactions I've had with the security staff were so great. I've seen a number of altercations over the years at the launch due to rowdy and no doubt inebriated folks but since the implementation of security it really seems to have gone down and I personally feel a lot safer while there. Either I have been scammed or the process servers at this organization are extremely inept…read more Shannon, the "expert" process server, incorrectly served my client and subsequently got my case thrown of court. An absolute nightmare. The judge made it clear that she did not follow the appropriate guidelines for serving a defendant and embarrassed me in front of the court. They are supposed to be experts and this is the one thing that you shouldn't have to worry about when hiring a professional. I have waited 4 long months for my day in court for money that was owed to me on 01/01/18 and now it will be at least September until they hear my case again. All because I hired this horrible company. When I reached out, Shannon (my process server) admitted it was "totally her fault" and said that they recently changed the laws, but failed to comply. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! She said she would give me a refund for the failed service, but has stopped replying to my emails. What a scam. Proserve Inc. has now prolonged my court date another 4 months and has somehow made my nightmare situation even worse. Sham of a business - go to anyone else. DO NOT RISK YOUR COURT DECISION WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
