Only 2 runs so far, going to a network closet, but we will likely be adding more at some point. They were able to put the jacks exactly where we wanted, and used a professional faceplate for where the runs terminated in the network closet, as opposed to something open in the wall. They also cleaned up a bunch of non-functional cable from outside the house. Super patient and nice people, and Stephen gave us a lot of options for the install, even though it ended up just being the 2 runs.

Despite a minor miscommunication at the project's end, Izaac was patient and responsive, even after hours. They also went beyond the call of duty by helping me with some camera issues. Overall, AcePro Audio Visual delivered professional, customer-focused service.

I've had a Phillips home system for thirteen years and it's been highly reliable (as proven by…read morevisits from police and fire department when I've screwed up.) When I've needed it, I've always been able to reach friendly help quickly and there have been no hidden or surprise costs. Recently I needed to upgrade the cellular back-up feature, so I decided to purchase a newer panel that allows me to operate things remotely, add some sensors, and switch out all my smoke detectors. I also had them add a medical emergency button to my fob. Though I didn't shop around (because I didn't want to switch companies) I was surprised at how reasonably priced the whole new system was, especially since installation was very involved. After installation, the company was responsive when I asked them to make free tweaks remotely to fit my personal preferences. And, because I was on a very tight budget (and asked) they let me break the entire cost of the new system into twelve monthly payments. As far as I can tell, the new system is working very well and it feels good to support a local, family-owned business. I'd recommend Phillips in a heartbeat.

My husband travels for work quite a bit, and now when he is away on business, I can take comfort in the fact that we now have an alarm system protecting our home and our family. I especially like the option to control the alarm system through our cell phones. Now we can arm it from bed if one of us forgets to arm the system. Could also come in handy if you needed to let someone into the house who doesn't have a code or young children.
