He really knows the Portland rental market well and was able to negotiate a fair, great rental price for us and our tenants. Whenever there was a repair issue that we needed help with it was promptly taken care of and the charges were very reasonable. He charges a flat rate fee and keeps everything simple. At tax time we promptly received our documents from the office manager which was so much appreciated. We highly recommend using Hanover and Townsend if you need a dependable and knowledgeable company to manage any and all of your rentals.
