Ordered the bagel sandwich, breakfast burrito and avo toast with salmon for food. Everything hit, never knew eggs with cheese and purple potatoes + yam would be such a good combo but it totally worked. My 8 year old devoured the avo toast. It wouldn't have won if it was simply Pacha, but being a Collective gives you major props in the Seattle cafe scene. In all seriousness, North Seattle has been lacking in the "cool cafe" department. You know, the one you go into and you feel like it's a place that you'd actually want to hang out. Not just grab a coffee and split. One that will put you in a position where you can't decide if it's time for a coffee or a beer. That's Pacha. The vibes are immaculate here, and every time I come there seems to be more and more energy. I walked in on a Friday afternoon and they had a huge projector playing a World Cup match. The local matcha drinkers were going wild as Egypt cruised along to a victory. My Americano was fantastic, which is table stakes for a Seattle cafe. But the folks taking the order and making the drinks were full of energy and cracking jokes, love to see people enjoying their work. The breakfast burrito was surprisingly good for a cafe, and came with a beautiful aioli. You could tell that they take their burrito-craft very seriously. A great spot near Green Lake to get some work done. I haven't had the chance to try the food yet, but everything coming out of the kitchen looked delicious. However, it seems to be a popular place so it may be difficult to find seating during rushes. I got the iced latte with the seasonal banana cold foam and the seasonal ube coconut latte as well. Both drinks were so delicious, creamy, and you could really taste the respective flavors. Although there was a rush, our drinks still came out in under 5 minutes. I stopped by PACHA Collective near Green Lake, and wow, this place instantly made it into my top breakfast spots. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this place was special. The interior design is absolutely beautiful floral vibes everywhere, fresh plants, and even a van display inside that adds such a unique touch. It feels bright, welcoming, and full of personality. You can tell a lot of thought went into the space. My server (I believe his name was Rand, the curly-haired guy, I saw the name on the receipt so I hope I got it right!) was incredibly kind and patient. His recommendation? The breakfast burrito. And let me tell you... I have had a lot of breakfast burritos, but NEVER one this good. Every bite was packed with flavor. The ingredients were perfectly balanced, the portion size was generous, and the salsa that came with it? Absolutely amazing. It tied everything together perfectly. He also made a special mocha for me, and it was so smooth and delicious, you could taste the quality. I couldn't leave without trying the blackberry scone, and that was just as impressive. Moist, flavorful, and not overly sweet. The place was very busy, it seems like a lot of people come here to start their day or even hold meetings, but even with the crowd, the service was warm and attentive. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes you get. Overall, everything was flavorful, fresh, and made with care. It is right next to green lake and such a perfect spot because enjoying a nice walk around the park. A girlfriend and I stopped there before walking green lake had a mimosa and had some lunch. I ordered the avocado toast with smoked salmon and she is ordered the red curry bowl with shrimp. My avocado toast was good however I was surprised the smoked salmon was cooked instead of cold smoked salmon and my toast a bit burnt. The curry bowl had good flavor however not that much shrimp. There is so many other items on the menu. This is a place I would go back and try something else. People rave about the break burritos and salads. Pacha Collective is such a great cafe! This was my first time visiting, and it definitely ranks high on my list of favorite cafes in Seattle. Parking is limited to the street, but you can park at PCC and get your parking validated with a purchase there. LEMON DROP LATTE - 5/5 This was a standout drink. The latte was silky smooth with just the right hint of lemon. The name is spot on--it really does taste like lemon drop candy in the aftertaste. Sometimes coffees leave a bitter as unpleasant aftertaste, but this one was quite pleasant. Very unique and delicious! MATCHA STRAWBERRY RHUBARB - 4/5 This one was refreshing, though the matcha flavor was lighter than I prefer. The strawberry came through nicely, with little strawberry bits in every sip. WOW! I've been to Pacha a few times already since it's nice and close to Green Lake, and it has a cozy environment with lots of drinks and food to choose from. One food option you definitely have to try is their grilled chicken sandwich! I don't know what they put in there, but the chicken isn't dry--it's super juicy, and it pairs perfectly with the pickled vegetables on the side. Food and drinks are good but grossly overpriced. We went here for Sunday brunch and it was pretty busy, a good sign that the quality is there. There was barely any seating but we were able to snag a table that was just cleaned and unoccupied. We got the strawberry matcha latte and maple pecan latte for drinks. We tried the Emerald City toast with fried egg and Triple J Melt. Portions are laughably small and we paid $50+ for 2 people and left hungry, something that I barely experience here in American where portions are usually on the larger side and I get stuffed easily. The strawberry matcha latte was tiny but I enjoyed the flavors of the drink. Maple pecan latte is decent - honestly was more like flavoring and we were not told that drinks had to be picked up ourselves so by the time we realized that, the latte was cold and the foam made the presentation look bad. The Emerald City toast was good but small. The amount of avocados is very stingy and the fried egg, at a $2.50 premium, was okay but overpriced. I can think of a few places with similar quality for cheaper. The Triple J Melt is quite small for $16.50. The amount of tri tip is quite little and I would need 2 of those to even be remotely full, and I don't even have a big appetite. I understand if the quality is very high but it felt like the standard quality (bread was a bit stale even) Overall, if you don't care about the prices, I recommend this place for the decent quality of food and drinks and the standout Volkswagen bus inside the store read more

I underestimated how big this place was by the photos online. This is probably the largest coffee shop in North Seattle, providing a wide range of seating from bars to tables, indoors and outdoors. There is even one table inside the car and another by the fireplace. They turn on the heater on cold days and it becomes very cozy. There's a basic selection of coffee and pasteries with seasonal drinks, and plenty of food options to choose from. It can get so packed but the cozy environment is well worth it. Many people will come here to work during the weekdays and well into the evening. I feel that Retreat down the street caters to people socializing and looking for food, while Pacha caters significantly more to individuals looking for a good work environment. The pressed juice I thought was very good, little bit of ginger but good citrus flavor. The matcha was decent, one of the better ones in the Greenlake area. Pacha is definitely giving Retreat (not too far from this cafe) a run for their money! Love the vibes in here! We happened to walk by Pacha Collective while we were in the area and it looked so cute we decided to stop in. It reminds me of a place that you'd find in Tulum or San Diego. A welcoming spot, especially during the colder seasons when we desperately could use an escape. We ordered a latte, a wellness shot, a fresh pressed juice, and the tri tip burrito to share. We loved everything we ordered. The wellness shot and juice were really refreshing and the burrito was perfect to split and came with a salsa and some sort of delicious crema sauce. My boyfriend's a bit of a coffee snob and he approved of his latte. I really appreciate that Pacha believe in working with small farms, using local ingredients, and sourcing organic as much as possible. According their website they also cook without refined sugar, are minimally processed, and use the highest quality ingredients. I'm not sure if they are seed-oil free as that seems to be a rarity when dining out but it would be amazing if they were.
