Carl and his team did an amazing transformation with our bathrooms. Carl was very involved through out the process and provided guidance to us as necessary with vendors, etc. They completed the job within the timeline as we requested. Luis, the tile setter did a beautiful job with the tiles and Jose did a wonderful job with lighting, plumbing , and other related bathroom remodel job. Overall, I'm pleased with Pacgen and will definitely hire them for my next project.I highly recommend Pacgen!

We hired PacGen to complete a complete a whole house remodel. Carl and his team were fantastic every step of the way. They showed up when they said they would and had everything completed in the timeframe quoted. Pricing was competitive, and there were no surprise fees or hidden costs along the way. Carl is an honest person and it comes across in the work PacGen does. I will not hesitate to work with PacGen again for future projects. Thank you Carl and the rest of the team for making a large project go so smoothly!

Carl and his team remodeled our primary bathroom, we bought a 20 year old home in Temeku Hills. - it was not well taken care of and we've been slowly renovating it over the past year. Carl came out within a super quick timeframe to give us an estimate, he was very helpful and honest about what could and couldn't be done. We got a few other estimates and most of them were similar in price or a bit more expensive but we ended up going with Carl and his team. They did a fantastic job, they communicated what was going on, and kept us informed on the timeline and any delays (which were largely out of their control e.g. waiting on glass for the shower door). Jose is just an awesome person & did such a good job with the remodel, they were meticulous and efficient. Asked questions along the way and were just really kind people. We would absolutely do another project with Carl and would recommend him if you're looking for an honest & reliable team who will deliver on your vision.

We completed a bathroom remodel with Pacgen Construction and could not be happier with the outcome. The moment you request a consultation with Carl you will trust that he wants your business. He gave us an estimate in a timely manner and the estimate was right where we expected it to be through the end of the project. His crew's priority was quality and it shows in the final outcome. Carl was on site every day of our project and respectful of our time and desires for this remodel. Would not hesitate to recommend/use his services in the future.

Shout out to Carl and his team - Jose and Luis - they did an amazing job on our master bath remodel!! It's absolutely stunning and we are so happy. From the beginning Carl was responsive to our many questions and changes as this was our first home renovation. He and his team were professional and pleasant! My kids loved talking with them too! Our project was officially completed yesterday November 23rd and we are so excited! We even had them replace the flooring in our laundry room and upstairs second bath to match the master. They replaced our toilet, sink faucets in other rooms and our broken water softener. We didn't want hard water on our beautiful new glass shower doors. I highly recommend this team! We received 3 quotes and we knew Carl was right for us and our home project. Carl even referred us to a painter to refinish our cabinets and his guy Jeff didn't disappoint - beautiful work!! THANK YOU! Until our next project!!!

We love our bathroom remodel by PacGen. Carl was very easy to work with. It was our first time doing a remodel and we changed the design a couple of times which slowed down the process. Carl was very patient and accommodating to our change requests. His team was awesome. Jose did a great job with the wall framing, pocket door install, plumbing and electrical work. Luis did beautiful tile work especially with the herringbone pattern in the shower. I highly recommend PacGen Construction. Thank you Carl, Jose and Luis!

Carl and his team are exactly what you want in a contractor. They show up when they say they will, and they do what they say they're going to do. Carl was very helpful in selecting materials for my master bath remodel and bringing the design to life. I was pretty slow to write this review - the renovation was about a year ago - so I can also confirm that we've had no issues with any of the work done.

Carl and his crew are the best. Bathroom remodel from toilet overflow. Carl is fair with his pricing. He was very helpful with entire remodel process including tile selection. His crew finished the job on time. They were clean and professional their entire time working in our home. Recommend Carl for your next project. Thank you!

Carl and his team rescued my home after a horrible flood in both bathrooms due to a clogged main drain. Carl walked me through the entire insurance process and was very helpful in answering general questions or concerns. He was always available and always communicated with me. Two bathrooms had to be completely repaired and I was stressed and discouraged initially until Carl ensured me that his team would be take care of my home like their own home. Extremely professional, courteous and reliable. Good help and quality work can be hard to fInd these days. This team of outstanding, caring, knowledgeable people are the best. I highly recommend Carl and his team if you are thinking about any upgrades, restoration or improvements to your home. I am more than pleased with the finished product of theIr amazing work.

We couldn't be happier with our new shower. Carl Bachler and PacGen really deliver a fantastic service.

Carl and his merry crew at PacGen are as advertised: FANTASTIC! We received about five different quotes for our job and PacGen stood out as a professional and reliable partner from the very start. We decided that we really wanted just one point of contact for the entire project, so that lead us to contractors. Carl was extremely responsive and helpful during the initial meeting and his price was competitive. (Plus he showed up with a mask on! Not all of the contractors did this.) But we weren't looking for the cheapest offer, we were looking for the best offer. First impressions matter to us and Carl's firm made a good one. Equipment, vehicles, web site, uniform, on-line reviews: it all checked out. Carl was our guy. We started exactly on the day that we requested. They took great care to protect our floors and keep the dust to a minimum, but be forewarned, shower renovations are big, dirty, dusty jobs. In spite of that, they left the bathroom and the floors spotless. Carl and his team take great pride in their craft. They listened to our ever-evolving ideas and turned them into a plan. They enacted the plan exactly as they said they would. I love it when you hire someone for a job and they do exactly what they say they are going to do, exactly when they say they are going to do it. Carl also did a great job communicating with us through out the entire process. Every e-mail, text and phone call was returned in a timely manner. Bravo! We couldn't be happier with the results. The shower is awesome. The tile work took tremendous skill and patience. The glass enclosure was expertly measured, cast, and installed within six days. Only a contractor can get you that kind of a turn-around on a glass enclosure. We got quotes from multiple glass shops and they told us it would be a 4-6 week wait. Advantage PacGen. If a home renovation project is in your future, then you owe it to yourself to get a quote from PacGen. They knocked our project out of the park.

The morning of the start of the project, Alex came to go over the project with my husband to make sure they were both understanding of the work that was to be done. My husband was concerned about a drain pipe next to where the cement would be poured, and was worried about it being damaged during the dirt removal. After the dirt was removed, Alex ran water down the drain to show us that the pipe was undamaged. He listened to my husband and made sure to pour the cement a couple inches from the drain pipe, so there was no chance of any damage. Alex was also very flexible with scheduling. He was able to reschedule the cement pour day on short notice, so that my husband would be home on that day. Alex and his crew arrived on time, which I appreciate. I've had a lot of work done in the past, and it always upsets me when contractors are late. At the end of each workday, the crew cleaned meticulously to ensure the work area was clear of dirt and debris. Alex and his crew were always respectful of our property. The price was very reasonable, and I had received more than 8 bids. Alex is honest, a good communicator, and his crew are hardworking and punctual. I'd highly recommend giving Alex a call.

We used Ramon and his company CR Pacific Landscaping for a significant backyard makeover. Our yard…read morewas quite nice, but as we are nearing retirement there were a few changes we wanted to make it our dream yard. First, we considered a swimming pool but the cost, maintenance and several other factors changed our direction to a swim spa. We chose the AquaPlay 13FPP. Because the spa stands over 5 feet tall, we knew we wanted it set into the earth. Next: I've had Koi for many years, but all ponds so far were DIY - it was time to go all in. Plants: As you can see from the "before" photo - plants are important to us. Finally: Ease of maintenance. We wanted an incredible yard that we could enjoy without spending a bunch of time maintaining it. After obtaining several bids and meeting several contractors, we signed an agreement with Ramon. Three of the primary reasons we went with CR Pacific: 1) He was the only contractor we spoke with that had actual experience building "The Vault" - (the basement the swim spa sat in). 2) He had experience building water features and understood the basics, but building a pond of this size and mechanical requirements was new to him. 3) He has a great personality and appeared to be collaborative. The Good: Ramon proved to be quite collaborative. He had ideas, I had ideas and we worked together to land on the best ideas. We had problems arise (see "The Ugly"), but Ramon only delivered solutions or possible solutions. He owned the entirety of the project (even through at least 8 change orders). His common response to a change order: "We can do that" - and they did. From a client/contractor perspective, Ramon has great communication skills. He kept me informed every step of the way. Quality: The photos speak for themselves. Ramon was insistent on doing things right. Ramon had put around a dozen drains in the backyard properly piped to the street. I gave him a hard time as before he took the job, we only had two drains. We did experience some minor flooding when we would have the torrential rains. About a week after the project wrapped, we had several days of torrential rains - not even a puddle in the yard. The Bad: On site supervision could be better. Ramon had about 6 employees, most only spoke Spanish. Because I work from home I kept an eye on the progress. When I would see something that needed correction I had to use Google Translate to communicate with the workers. I often had to text Ramon inquiring if he was going to stop by. This was a significant, complex job. That is really my only "Bad". Clearly "The Good" far exceeds "The Bad". The Ugly: Water, water everywhere... While the vault was being dug, we started noticing water in the bottom of the hole at around 38". We spent a little over a week pumping it out. We contacted the water company who told us there did not appear to be a main break in the neighborhood. They suggested it could be groundwater. When the started digging the pond, groundwater continued to be a problem. Ramon dug and installed a permanent groundwater well - groundwater continues to be pumped out daily. Just another example of Ramon's perseverance. I highly recommend Ramon & CR Pacific for any landscape job.
