When there was a loose plywood panel underneath the countertop after the project, we called him and he stopped by within a week to take care of it. He even went above and beyond and helped us re-install several cabinet doors without additional charge, which were replaced from the manufactory due to the defects. I am delighted with Joel's work ethic and expertise from start to finish. The before and after photos show my wall unit. I wanted to freshen up the small living room so I threw away the existing ugly pressboard cabinet doors, thinking I'd easily find a cabinet maker who would do the work. It took me 2 YEARS! When I asked Joel if's he was interested in a small job, he replied that he liked small jobs and big jobs, either residential or commercial. He finds satisfaction in having a variety of work. I'm a retired elderly woman on a tight budget so i wanted to salvage whatever I could from the old cabinet. Joel resurfaced the old wood, and he built new shelves and doors. The job was started on a Monday and totally finished by Wednesday. My floors were covered with tarp to avoid any scratches and the work site was left clean. Nine years later today, my husband & I had decided to finally get our tv niche done. I lost Bob's contact & I wasn't sure if he was still in the business. I called around & got five quotes. I had a particular look in mind, but the problem was our large ornate mantel w/ no gap in-between the mantel & the tv opening. All of the vendors that came out & gave a bid just wanted to go around the mantel. I wasn't happy with all of the proposals & this why I know God works in a mysterious way. I remembered contacting Bob years ago & fell in love with his work through his website. I did not remember his company name, but I remembered that his website had the Christian fish symbol & Temecula location, so I searched the internet for days & was able to find him. I contacted Bob & right away he answered the phone. He was so easy to talk to & explained what needed to be done with my tv niche & the mantel. He came over, measured & gave an honest quote. He answered my never ending questions for weeks & was able to build my beautiful niche. I knew from the beginning that he was going to do an amazing job, so instead of keeping my ornate mantel I tore it out. In addition to my tv niche I asked Bob to build me a new mantel to match.
