seriously. i read the other reviews when i needed a local printer, i trusted them, i was not…read moredisappointed. here's the scoop: i needed 2000 double-sided full color cards printed fast - next biz day was preferred. i let them know how quickly i needed the cards, and Rosie - i think she runs the place?- was honest enough to let me know i'd be better off going to someplace like fedex. she said that they could certainly do it, but that they would like to make sure i get quality at a fair price. i asked her to give me a quote anyway for the best turnaround. the quote was good, the turnaround was 5 biz days. fedex was, as always, nice, professional, transparent, and could deliver on my timeline. for 3 times the price of printing solutions. i'm always confident that a smaller, local place can do quality work, so i went back to rosie and worked with her some more on the timeline. there was a rush fee that was almost as much as the entire fee for the job itself, but it was one i was happy to pay. out the door, i still paid 2/3 what i would have paid at FedEx. i saved significantly, used a local business, got a quality product, and couldn't have dealt with a nicer person. i HIGHLY recommend printing solutions. my grandparents always had stories about one-on-one business dealings that left both parties happy; the halcyon days of small business. printing solution is all the spirit of those feel-good days with all the capability of business needs today.

(fingers crossed) Pre-delivery: Noticing that a direct signature will be required, I hop on to the FedEx app requesting a hold at this location. Within 10 minutes, I notice a voicemail from this location that they're expecting a shipment, delivery date will be updated soon, and that there's a 5 day hold period before the package will get sent back to the sender. Pickup: Super smooth, friendly and so quick! If you have the FedEx app, I strongly recommend checking it for a pickup QR code. I showed my ID, signed, and within a couple of minutes was on my way -- there are even hand carts near the entrance of the store so you can easily carry multiple packages.
