I'll admit that I like the USPS's pick up feature at my door, but this was well worth it! Great price and friendly people. Definitely recommend stopping by for all your shipping needs -- whether it be UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, etc. Oh and, if you're looking for stationary or small gifts they have those too! So let's address the latter first Phoenix media has more than be reliable when it comes to our printing jobs they are on time they keep up to their promises and they even make sometimes magic happen when you are in a hurry. This is the reason why I love to work with a local company instead of one of those bigger companies that just do not even have the chance to care about every single customer I have the feeling Phoenix media does. The pricing is most reasonable and fair but I'm OK with even paying a buck more when I have the special services. that's it that's was sad in the beginning it is always also about the employees that represent the company and stands up for the values or simply put care for customers The representative I work with has always responded fast and made even small corrections or recommendations on our print material to make sure everything comes out as it should basically I love working with Phoenix Miriam to have our small printing drop done fair priced fast and correct!

Prices are competitive. Service is professional and patient. Process is thorough. It is always stressful working with companies in a different state and not being able to be there to oversee the process. I felt at ease working with Tiffany. I have worked for a print company before and I recognize it gets pretty bothersome when a customer keeps asking for quotes and then never pulls the trigger. I appreciate that she was extremely patient and thoughtful through every instance I've interacted with her over the phone and by email (and there were plenty of emails...) Glad to have finally had a project to work with them on. Sending files over to print was straightforward crop marks and bleeds. AnchorPointe sent someone out to assess the windows that were having the vinyl decals installed. We had a no smoking sign that needed to be moved. Other than that we were good to go. They installed it yesterday, sent me pictures and sent a scan of the paid invoice. Everything was completed within 2 weeks! I'd highly recommend working with them for your print needs.
