My order was smaller than what most companies would set as their minimum. Still Terry treated me like I was placing a really big order. Impact printing will be getting all my orders from now on.

I had a Celebration of Life program that needed designing and printing. As unfortunate as it was to have to do, they advised on material, and some of the fine tuning design placement etc... Once printed there were a couple miscues that needed to be addressed. But they were able to get the adjustments made and reprinted for a fee. All in all a very good experience and recommend if you need professional assistance along the way!

The company is always just as good as its representative or employees. But of course, a company…read morethat produces something it's also about reliability and quality. So let's address the latter first Phoenix media has more than be reliable when it comes to our printing jobs they are on time they keep up to their promises and they even make sometimes magic happen when you are in a hurry. This is the reason why I love to work with a local company instead of one of those bigger companies that just do not even have the chance to care about every single customer I have the feeling Phoenix media does. The pricing is most reasonable and fair but I'm OK with even paying a buck more when I have the special services. that's it that's was sad in the beginning it is always also about the employees that represent the company and stands up for the values or simply put care for customers The representative I work with has always responded fast and made even small corrections or recommendations on our print material to make sure everything comes out as it should basically I love working with Phoenix Miriam to have our small printing drop done fair priced fast and correct!

Keep this in mind: Better than fedex print Better than wallgreens for printing photos Way better than office depot self service copy machines Other companies said it would be 48 hr's to place an order, I got what I needed done the same day, it was a very small one print on card stock, so keep that in mind. But still, they were happy to help me out, and that makes a big difference. Also... check this out... I got a print on 160 lb card stock, try to get that done at the other places mentioned above, nope! I did a print somewhere else and it was just flimsy. This feels like a real card, quality. Also, the guy today took the time to make adjustments for me, my image was too low resolution (embarrassing, it should have been ready to print, and it was the wrong size too!). This place makes me want to come back. Every time they help me out. Come show them some love, and get something printed. I have printed thank you cards with my artwork, I know they print art prints for local artists, signs, engineering plans, stickers... anything you need.
