She identified my needs right away and recommended options that fit my expectations. In no time at all, I walked out with exactly with what I wanted! No matter if I have been shipping or printing I have always been greeted with a helpful smile! I also received support while utlizing self-service options. If I do have a issue arise, I receive multiple solutions to choose from. Kevin is also so helpful and I have noticed him buzzing around the store on multiple occasions assisting customers in all areas. I really appreciate his work ethic and customer service skills. If stopping by my local FedEx Office is on my to-do list I always stop here first. Shipping can be tricky because you don't always have standard mailing sizes at home, but the team here was so awesome in helping me measure, pack, and choose a shipping option that was economical and made sense.
