His business is a perfect example of why we should support local businesses, because the quality of his work is unmatched. Not only did the totes exceed my expectations, but the service he provided completely raised the bar. The totes were a success and they were gone in minutes! The idea to design masks for my entire company seemed…read moreimpossible. First I wanted to go with a local screening company, even though the cost could be higher. Second, I wanted to have a good quality product that will not only last, but that would make a big impact. I live pretty close to OSI and have seen their work in t-shirt screenings throughout the Portland area over the years. I reached out for a quote and was assigned to Taylor, I gave a rough drawing of the design and we began to talk about mask quality and how I could create a great product. The communication throughout was professional, patient and helpful. The masks were completed under the timeline they gave me and the no contact pick up was well planned. I would do business with OSI again for sure, my coworkers loved the masks and they have brought tons of joy and protection in these Covid-19 times.

I was a customer of Fishead and would like to share my story with the public so that they avoid…read morebeing taken to the cleaners as I have. First, I am a physician and do not just make unwarranted complaints of this magnitude without just cause. I understand that there are poor outcomes and not everything goes according to plan. However, I also understand that when you make a mistake, you own up to it and exact the type of compensation necessary to make things right. This was not done. While in medical school, I began an organization and invested a whopping $8,000.00 in having T shirts made to raise money for our club. As it turned out, the shirts were printed so horribly that they were not able to be sold. As the pictures on my website will show (link at bottom), the proofs which were sent to me and I agreed on was not anywhere near what was sent to me. In addition to the prints being completely off center and in the wrong place, there was an error in color which made one of the words not visible from more than a few feet away, and in daylight, not at all. I attempted to work this out with them and stated that I did not want to go to court over this. They agreed, and they made me an offer which will be submitted as a screen shot to the authenticity of my claims. In short, they wanted to compensate me for free printing on some shirts while I had to pay for the shirts themselves. First, this was nowhere near the number of shirts that were incorrectly printed. Second, why would I spend more money for shirts that were incorrectly printed? I would be out even more money and have less shirts than that were actually able to be sold than initially invested into. Being that I was in medical school and extremely busy, and given the incredulous nature of their attempt to make it right, I knew that they were not going to refund my money, and I also was too busy to pursue anything in a legal matter. Furthermore, I didn't have the resources to even if I wanted to. However, now that I am a practicing doctor, I have the resources to pursue this, and I am. Their statement to all of this is that since it is near 3 years ago, that I should not be able to complain. As mentioned, the reasons for this is very simple. In addition, I was the one who was wronged, not them. Someone doesn't get off of committing murder simply because he or she was caught 10 years later. This type of thinking is absurd. They did wrong and need to be accountable. I would stay away from this company as they are unethical. While they may be cheaper in cost, there is a reason for this. I can say with certainty that the shirts that I have worn have cracks in the pain and do not hold their value. But most importantly, if you have a mistake, I can guarantee that they will not refund your money but instead will ask that you spend more money on more shirts and prints. If you choose to go with them, at least you have been forewarned. PS. If you buy that the 5 star review by Buck is authentic, then I suggest you use a little more analytical thinking. This person has done business with them for 8 whole years, but THINKS that they speak with Heidi? They have a handful of people and she's the one who deal with the orders. How can he not speak to Heidi? Smart companies find friends or pay people to leave good reviews, especially if they have bad reviews to begin with. Remember, it's all about business. Good luck. You can see the evidence of what I'm saying in the website that I am creating at FisheadPrinting dot com.

I got a hold of Ruth she took my phone call I explained my situation to her and then I said this ,I said I need it by tomorrow before three because I have this conference to attend at six and she said oh no that's way too soon. At first I was just so very excited because she quoted me just such a good price and I was like all right let's do this and then I threw the timeframe and she shot me down you know and my emotions started to sink again,so I said I understand thank you so much for your time maybe next time goodbye. She calls me back and she says you know what I talked to my technician he's my husband Gary. She continues to say, bring me the clothes first thing in the morning we will have it done for you in plenty of time for you to get ready for yourself and to get to your conference and I was just overjoyed and so relieved I said I will see you at 8:30 AM sharp and I showed up at 8:30 AM they were there their crew was working in the shop I greeted them and handed them my stuff and I went on with my workday it took them a little longer than they thought and I didn't blame them but when I got there she hands me my ball It looks amazing, she hands me my polo shirt it's awesome i had also brought a jacket in and I could we maybe do this jacket with the name and logo just like the shirt she's like sure we could do that for you too no problem she hands me the jacket and it looks it's awesome and she turns it around and showed me the back and she added the company symbol you know right below the collar centered in the back there and it was just awesome you know because when I gave it to her and it had an eyelet it in that covered the eyelet punch and they covered it with the logo and it looks so cool with the silver thread or stitching or whatever it is that you call that.
