I have worked for a print company before and I recognize it gets pretty bothersome when a customer keeps asking for quotes and then never pulls the trigger. I appreciate that she was extremely patient and thoughtful through every instance I've interacted with her over the phone and by email (and there were plenty of emails...) Glad to have finally had a project to work with them on. Sending files over to print was straightforward crop marks and bleeds. AnchorPointe sent someone out to assess the windows that were having the vinyl decals installed. We had a no smoking sign that needed to be moved. Other than that we were good to go. These people are AWESOME!!…read more I was dealing with Sign Wizards for some signage on a new business location because they had done the signage for the previous occupants. They gave a quote that mirrored THEM and did not ask me about my needs. I don't do signage often, so I assumed my quote was all inclusive and when I let them know I needed it installed by March 1, it seemed to be no problem. But checking in with them as we got closer to the date, they had not quoted or scheduled installation and it could not be done for another three weeks. This is where Impact Sign Co. stepped in. They not only produced the signs and installed them, but they completed the project/installation on Feb. 28th AND they came in under the amount originally quoted by Sign Wizards.
