Poor Experience & Lacking in customer service!!…read more I'd been a patient of this practice until a few months ago. This practice is out of network for my dental insurance but I was okay dealing with the additional administrative steps, as the customer service and treatment was good. This was up until the front desk staff changed and I needed a filling replaced. The front desk staff changed in the last year. At no point did she greet me, and at no point did she ask me if the information they had on record for me was correct - in fact it had changed. She is rude, has a horrible attitude, has customer service skills so low that I would give her a negative customer service score, and is unprofessional. And I actually think she may have racial bias. With respect to Dr. Pearson, I think she should learn to listen to patients more. I told her what works best for me when I'm having a filling replaced. I'm 36 years old so I think I would know. I specifically instructed her that she would need to shake my cheek as she was inserting the needle into my gums. She shook my cheek and then stopped as she was inserting the needle. Not to mention that she then inserted the needle at the back of my cheek. It was the WORST recovery from having a filling replaced that I've EVER experienced. It took almost 2 weeks for me to be able to comfortably chew and for that side of my mouth to feel normal again. I'm not sure if age is a factor or if there is something at play, but I will say that between my recovery from having my filling replace and horrible front desk staff, I will not be returning to the practice. I've found another dentist via the Checkbooks website, and they had much more flowing reviews that Dr. Pearson.

Going 3 zip codes west of my home, I get to Cloverly, MD. 20905 zip code is Silver Spring mailing…read moreaddress, which the post office determined large swaths of land as "Silver Spring" even though Cloverly is far from Silver Spring itself. When I lived in Wheaton, which was a lot closer to downtown Silver Spring, I still always wrote/typed Wheaton, MD 20902. I had a dentist when I live in Wheaton that was less than a mile away, and she was good, and it's a hassle finding a new dentist. I moved to Russett in 2020, and I kept going all the way back to Wheaton for my dentist through 2023. My girlfriend recommended her dentist Colesville Dentistry, and she was right! I first arrived here in May 2024, then November 2024, & most recently May 2025. Wow, this dentist is top notch, blows the Wheaton dentist I had out of the water. The staff is friendly, efficiently gets you in. Dr. Chai, other dentists, & technicians have been friendly doing a great job with the cleanings as well as advise on better dental habits. Also, this is a state of the art dental office. When you are lying on the dental chair, there is a TV screen above you with high definition nature scenes which is peaceful when the dentist isn't exactly the most pleasant experience even with Colesville Dentistry being the best case scenario goes as far as the dentist goes. They have great technology with computer modeling of my teeth & more, which the prior dentist I had fell short. Although it's still not super close to my home, still easier than going to Wheaton and worth the drive. Overall, I highly recommend Colesville Dentistry.

Have been with them because they were match with my insurance…read more They get the job done. The staff is nice, and courteous, the facilities are clean, and there has not been any major errors (Thank God)! But, One time I was told I had a cavity, so I was asked to make a follow up appointment, there were no appointments available but 2 weeks ahead and during a week day. Coordinated with work to get there, when I got to Stellar Dental the Dentist said I did not have a cavity so I shouldn't to be seen. (I'm not a dentist but that was weird) Another time, I arrived to my appointment to find out that Stellar Dental was no longer in the same location, there were no signs, I was not notified, nothing. I called them, it was hard to get a hold of someone other than the machines. Eventually, another staff from another office in the same building saw me, and told me Stellar Dental had moved. Once I was told they would send me an email for a referral and I had to call 3 times and ask them for the referral before I finally got it. Overall, that took about 45 days. Very Important! Stellar Dental sends appointment confirmation texts and emails. The confirmation text message says: "reply YES to confirm your appointment, and the email says click here to confirm your appointment" so you reply and click thinking your appointment is good to go. Nope! You have to reply to the text, reply to the email, and call them back when they call to confirm, or your appointment will be given to someone else. Stellar Waiting time varies from 15 minutes in from your appointment to an hour before you are even seen, so keep that in mind when planning the time you will spend there. Even if you arrive 10 minutes ahead of time and it is just a cleaning. I have seen Dr. Gotora once and it was a positive experience.

Dr. Weber took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we were comfortable throughout the visit. The office is clean, and well-organized. Dr. Weber is very knowledgeable but also has that personal touch that reminds you of family medical practices( of a time that seems forgotten). We genuinely felt cared for and respected. Highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for excellent care! Dr. Weber explains treatment options thoroughly. It's clear they truly care about their patients. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

He has apparently sold his practice to Dr. Jessica Weber. (Her name is now on the door.) Anyhow, Jenny the lovely receptionist is still there. She greeted me with a hug. I got an appointment the same day, and only had to leave work an hour early. Dr. Weber is great. She took some X-rays to make sure the tooth was OK before referring me to an endodontist that I had seen before. We talked about another tooth I had cracked (but, ignored). She glued my crown back on, and I returned two days later for a much needed cleaning. I don't know why I waited so long. Time just escaped me. I'll miss Dr. Barnett, but l am happy he trusted the care of his patients to Dr. Weber's care.
