Got the ugliest nails done here, they were chunky and shaped horribly. I wanted a refill and they charged me 65$ to change the color.

Always a great experience here clean space, friendly staff, and my nails come out perfect every time.

I would do 0 stars if I could. I got my nails done by the owner and she was super rude and tried to kick me out even though I did nothing to her. My nails came out terrible even though they redid them three times. I got basic french tips and they came out super blotch and looked super uneven like blobs on the top of my nails. If I could give them less stars, I would. I have been coming here for years. They're not exceptional at any one thing- the dip is low quality (the color ripples), the shellac is always sloppy, and the shaping of the acrylics is never great. But it's a nail salon that is conveniently placed. I came in for a shellac manicure and realized I ran out of time so just asked for a manicure instead and for them to strip off my color. I don't speak Vietnamese but I immediately knew they were talking about me and how I changed my mind at the last minute. Another lady even came up to me, put her arms around me, touched my hair unnecessarily asking why I didn't want color. Besides the pathetic work they did on my nails, they charged me $30 as if I had gotten shellac. The sloppy tech didnt even strip off my shellac. Had I gotten another shellac mani, she was prepared to lay new shellac on my old shellac. If you want to come to a place that cuts corners, uses cheap materials, and be serviced by techs that talk about you in your face, this is the salon for you. read more

Linda did a horrible job. Seemed hurried. She used the grinding machine on my toes and nails. And didn't like it when I flinched because it hurt against my skin. She kept saying relax, which is the least relaxing thing to say. I also had to point out to her that she hadn't done a good job of removing my cuticles. As mentioned in other reviews, quality depends largely on the technician and Vy was meticulous, patient, and thorough during my pedicure. If I could I would leave them ZERO STARS!! I asked the gentleman for the $28 pedicure and shellac on my regular nails.. he ends up doing shellac on both (hands and feet) without my consent, mind you. He was doing really good until the end when I was charged $15 extra for something I never asked for. I came in to get my NexGen nails removed. The technician used a nail extension to wedge between my nail and the NexGen and ripped my nail off. I've never had a technician use that technique on me.... it was so incredibly painful that i was visibly crying while she was doing it. When I asked her to stop and use the method where you shave off the nail, she said that my nails were already too messed up... I should have looked at reviews before I went. Sophia was my tech and after multiple times trying to explain my design to her she made me feel bad so i couldn't speak up anymore about the mess of a nail she left me. AND to top it off i called back to see if there was something i could do, and i was told they would refund the money. So I went back for my money, but only if I would get my nails chopped off. Horrible service and terrible manicure. Made me bleed when "cleaning up my cuticles" and then charged me $5 extra without telling me in advance. Asked to have a pink and white solar nails manicure done. Was assigned to a technician named Bobby. I've had my nails done this way for years and this is the worst job I've ever seen someone do. He injured several of my fingers with the grinder/buffer and made my cuticles bleed. To top it all off my nails look like a 5-year-old did them. Never again! I came in for bonding time with my mom and sister. The nail technician working on my pedicure kept trying to sell services. When I declined every one, he made snide remarks and rushed through my pedicure. He completed my pedicure in less than 15 minutes. I've never had a pedicure that lasted less than 30 minutes. And what's worse, the technician working on my sister sliced her foot. It was about a 1 inch gash. What a waste of money! read more

Honestly not worth it. Paid $45 for a dip manicure when I'm used to paying $35 at my regular salon and they didn't do nearly as good of a job. My manicurist was rude and when she was done she left me waiting without letting me know when my dip would be done drying. read more

I never have complaints about this place, but time to vent just be careful who you get. The service varies, from person to person. But they do try to finish fast for the next person. They charge $5 for taking your nails off, save money do it before you go cause it hurts! Unless you dip them in acetone which they will charge you for that as well. read more

So I have not been to PNAILS for about a month going on two due to getting a massive nail bed infection on both Hands and Feet. They have horrible service, con you into getting the services that are not worth the money or time, they will have you waiting even when having an appointment. They have MULTIPLE CITATION from the city. They use the same foot scrub for everyone and do not sanitize their equipment the way it is suppose to be done. And allow kids to run around the place. My nails turned out horribly. My nails had bubbles and there were smears on my fingers and toes. It looked like a child did my nails. The nail "technician" charged me before completing my manicure so I tipped her 20% in good faith. Huge mistake. The manager offered to have me redo them at a later time but I'm from out of town. Was frustrating because I came with my sister and grandma and I had to sit and wait 30 mins for them since they had a tech that gave real service.
