However, once I got into natural lighting, I noticed the nail color appeared a bit blotchy and could have used an additional coat for a smoother, darker finish. I called today to ask if I could come in for a quick fix, fully expecting there might be a small charge for the adjustment. I was surprised to be told I would need to pay for a full service again ($45), especially considering I had just spent around $90 two days ago. This was disappointing, as I was simply hoping for a minor correction rather than a completely new service. I've always supported your business and recommended it often, which is why this experience was upsetting. While your service is usually great, this situation makes me reconsider returning in the future. I appreciate the work you do, but I do wish there had been more consideration in this case.

I LOVED all of the pedicure options, I forget exactly which package I chose but it was so relaxing. The nail painting is the only complaint I have, I think I got a very young and less educated tech. She ended up doing my nails then my hot wax treatment, it ended up messing up the polish and she had to do it again. In total she re did my nails 3 times and unfortunately I chose red polish so the skin on my toes were red by the time I left. I called before arriving to ensure they performed the service I wanted- Gel-X with cat eye polish. The woman who answered the phone confirmed they did and scheduled my appointment. When I arrived the technician started right away questioning my choice- why did I want gel.x?? Didn't I mean I wanted acrylics?? No, not at all and I said so multiple times. He kept at it "the price is the same but it's a higher end acrylic I know that's what you want right!?!" Still no, after multiple nos, I finally told him I was allergic and had bad rashes in responding to the powder. I had good success with Gel.x and wanted them again. He wasn't satisfied! Like I was just parroting something I heard but there was no way I could know my own mind? "Gel x is like a press on nail you don't want that" - Yes actually I did. And again, this wasn't my first set ever, I knew the glue lasts for 2-4 weeks so I was really baffled why he was pushing this so hard- additionally with acrylics he was going to be quite literally gluing on a nail to mine to build from- and low on the nail bed despite my chronic thin nails and this placements prone to creating rips and painful breaks. The tech was insistent, a poor listener and the highlight of why I rarely go into these shops anymore- a full set with the wrong shape and 1 coat of see through color. It was a complete wash and waste of $100. It also seems I'm not the only one who doesn't enjoy or appreciate these encounters- every time I think it can be different and enter a shop it is a GHOST town. Stay away.

My SIL chose this salon because of the wonderful and rave reviews. This event and appointment had been planned for weeks and my SIL was assured by the owner that we would be accomodated. However it was not the bridal party mani/pedi experience that we had anticipated because they did not have enough techs ready. So it was very dissapointing to be taken back, one person at a time, all of us being very far from the bride and each other. Each person got done at different times, about 20-30 mins apart. I was the last person to get my mani/pedi. I was there from 1 pm until 5 pm. I love getting mani/pedis but I don't think anyone would want to spend 4 hours sitting at a salon for a mani/pedi. I believe the owner did my pedicure, I forgot her name, but she was very kind and did my nails beatifuly. I would only suggest less phone calls and appointment making when attending a customer because she answered the phone at least 5 times and had her calendar next to her; jotting down dates, canceling, answering questions, getting up and helping the other techs. It was distracting and made for a longer pedicure when I had already been waiting for 2 hours. I would recommend everyone ask for quotes or clarification of prices upon arrival because what I paid was much higher than the fees that were on the board on the wall. I paid $350+ for three people. Many of these salons do not give an itemized receipt so many customers do not see what they are paying for and why the simple mani or pedi they thought they were paying for is suddenly $10-$20 more. And yes, they will always try to upsell, but I have learned that saying NO gently and firmly is the best policy. Their nail fees are the same as everywhere else. In conclusion, I would not mind coming back again by myself and ensure that I have the entire morning or afternoon available to stay longer.

Let me tell you, I am so glad I did. To start, the shop is clean. Everyone is wearing masks and they are sanitizing between customers. They didn't notice me come in but you just sign in and wait. I appreciated they were very focused on the customers they were already working on. Myself and another lady were waiting, then someone else came in wanting a pedicure but they made sure to take everyone in order. While I will admit there is a wait, as soon as they cleaned and sanitized the pedi massage chair, they set me down with some warm water and relaxing bubbles. On top of that, the massage chair was amazing so if I had to wait 30 minutes with my book and music, I was in pure heaven. And let me tell you, it was worth the wait! I selected the Royal with the Shellac and was treated to a wonderful experience by Helen, my pedicurist (not sure of the term here). The Royal included a massage and foot treatments that rivaled any of the spas I have been to. By the end of the treatment my calves and feet were glowing and I felt so relaxed. Helen also did an amazing job on my toes and everyone was friendly and welcoming. I will warn people that on busy days expect a wait, and they only take walk-ins but if you are willing to wait you will be in for a treat.
