I came here for my SIL's bridal party mani/pedi on the weekend of 3/26/2021. There were five of us and we arrived 10 mins before the appointment time at 1 pm. My SIL chose this salon because of the wonderful and rave reviews. This event and appointment had been planned for weeks and my SIL was assured by the owner that we would be accomodated. However it was not the bridal party mani/pedi experience that we had anticipated because they did not have enough techs ready. So it was very dissapointing to be taken back, one person at a time, all of us being very far from the bride and each other. Each person got done at different times, about 20-30 mins apart. I was the last person to get my mani/pedi. I was there from 1 pm until 5 pm. I love getting mani/pedis but I don't think anyone would want to spend 4 hours sitting at a salon for a mani/pedi. I believe the owner did my pedicure, I forgot her name, but she was very kind and did my nails beatifuly. I would only suggest less phone calls and appointment making when attending a customer because she answered the phone at least 5 times and had her calendar next to her; jotting down dates, canceling, answering questions, getting up and helping the other techs. It was distracting and made for a longer pedicure when I had already been waiting for 2 hours. I would recommend everyone ask for quotes or clarification of prices upon arrival because what I paid was much higher than the fees that were on the board on the wall. I paid $350+ for three people. Many of these salons do not give an itemized receipt so many customers do not see what they are paying for and why the simple mani or pedi they thought they were paying for is suddenly $10-$20 more. And yes, they will always try to upsell, but I have learned that saying NO gently and firmly is the best policy. Their nail fees are the same as everywhere else. In conclusion, I would not mind coming back again by myself and ensure that I have the entire morning or afternoon available to stay longer. read more

If you visit or live in McAllen Texas, Feliz nails is definitely the place to go to! From the hospitality to great service, this place gets five stars from me hands down! If and when you go ask for Marva. She is the most sweetest person you could ever meet. I warned here about how big my feet were but that didn't phase her one bit! She handled my feet as though they were a size six lol!!! (they are a size 11) She also did a great job on cleaning my feet and polishing my toes. She was very gentle when she was massaging my lower legs and feet. Marva takes her time and also takes pride in her job. The atmosphere there is very pleasent. They have a ton of nail polish and designs to choose from. They also require you to wear a mask and sanitizer is available. I hope if you decide to go you enjoy your service as much as I did. read more

I went today for a white tip fill-in. Layla did my nails and she did an AMAZING job. I had 1 nail that need to be replaced and one that I was just going to have filled even though it was broken. She fixed that broken nail seamlessly and my hands look great! She was very friendly and fast. First off - I am allergic to latex - no choice but for my manicurist to do my pedi without gloves, as I was told the other gloves they tried broke easily. Ok, then buy better ones! I don't think she was happy. Second - most instruments did not come out of packaging that would indicate they had been cleaned/sterilized. I have been given fungus by nail salons and look for that. I should have left. My nail polish was done well and I had a pumpkin painted on 1 big toe which came out good. Won't be back. read more

Went there for full service pedi and set. The dip they used fell off in less than a week of having it on. The clear coat was chipping the next day. Pedicure wasn't done properly my toe nails looked like the were barely cut at all, and it felt uncomfortable the next day. Typically I feel very comfortable in shoes for sometime after a pedicure. All in all I would not recommend this place for purely the end results are problematic and don't last like typical services out there. The workers are kind and nice people, but the quality/durability of their service was where they fell short. read more

I came to this nail salon because I had read the raving reviews. Before I went I called to ask if I needed an appointment or not, and they told me to just go in as a walk in. When I got there the place was pretty full and i would had much rather had an appointment even if they insisted I'd go in as a walk in. I still signed in and asked the lady at the desk if there was people in front of me and she answered no. I picked my color and sat down with my friend. After 30 minutes 5 more ladies had walked in and seemed that 3 of them were friends with the nail techs. They were greeted and were asked if they had appointments and they said no and were still sat before my friend & I. After another 30 minutes I was still waiting and there was chairs open with the nail techs just on their phones. My friend and i just walked out and will not be back to a place that doesn't value their customers just their friends. read more
